Hey, I've been curious about taking HGH. Anyone know anybody that's done this, opinions? I would like to have some extra "mph" from my training and I'm curious to see if I can squeeze out a little bit more height before my growth plates fuse.
RIP any possible gainz for a week
goodluck with your 7 foot height and 10 inch wang goals of 2013
Friday is the last day I have time to workout during school, then my progress falls apart because I don't have a license and a ride will be hard to get. God dammit
The closest gym is in the town next to me that's $30 a month for students 18 and under (I turn 17 in May so I can still take advantage), it's one of the better gyms in the area. It's possible to ride my bike up there, but that's a lot of exercise right there (google maps says 36 mins at 7mph on bike), and right before lifting where I need the energy.
Why is it that the town I live in is the one town in my area that has jack shit

ride at a leisurely pace, eat a little more to compensate for the energy, problem solved
i used to be in the same situation, until i moved my ass to the city

a perfectly good reason to start sticking to a schedule and taking responsibility about what u want in life regardless of how hard it is

if it's hard to get but you really want it, all the effort is worth it. why don't you eat a bit more, and view the bike ride as warmup before/cardio after?
took 2 week break
regret so much
Pulled my lower back getting something from under my bed but the day before I was doing deadlifts and squats fine, weird.
Any tips for recovery?

learn to get stuff from under stuff in the squat/deadlift position as much as possible, your back was most likely arched
rest + diclofenac
i remember the first time i done seated cable row and i pulled something in my back, like right in the middle. i was bed ridden hahah
I miss my weights & you guys. I've hit the gym like once a month. And today I got picked to go trough a 14-week military police reserve officer school, that's gonna mean very little or no time to go to gym for the next 3½ months.

getting back into lifting. Had a decent day. worked up to a 310 lb clean, then did some good back workouts and then went and cleaned and jerked from 205 to 270lbs going up about 10 lbs every 2 reps.

How old were you when you first bench pressed 300?
My first lift was 225 as a sophomore in high school. Three months later, I got 300.
brb going in the gym my first time ever and benching 225lbs.
- Curls?
225.
- Bench?
485.

455 for 20. It’s a big legacy at OSU. When they added it up, it came to 730 lbs. or something.

Man some athletes talk so much bullshit 225 first time on lifting, yeah right.

I suppose his physique is the result of milk and vegetables too, not vitamin s

What the fuck, I have bigger forearms than he does by quite a lot.
^notsheriffsrs
niggas huge as fuck.

and normally i wouldn't buy into the athlete bullshit, but this dude was a fucking freak of nature. Vitamin s doesn't make you 6'4 and 260 lbs and run a 4.4 forty.
He has a cousin in highschool and he was the number 1 or 2 defensive end recruit in the nation, not nearly as jacked but a godlike athlete.
There are freaks out there. He was the number 1 overall draft pick for a reason.
still bigger bro i have congolian genes under the bekt aint u fuk wif me

Buddy of mine let me borrow these gloves for my back day today. Holy fuck, my lifts improved by like 30% because I wasn't limited by my pussy forearm strength. From now on, using these and supplementing in forearm exercises.
I'm looking to improve explosiveness, strength, AND endurance over summer until college. I was figuring that I should spend the first month entirely dedicated to powerlifting strength gains. Every other week after that, try to increase my reps from a really heavy weight. For the weeks I'm not doing endurance, I would do plyometrics and oly lifts. Does this sound like a realistic plan if I stick to it?

His arms literally dwarf the top tested natural bbers ffs
