no, it's all genetics. their genome allows them to react faster and better to certain stimuli. remember, they resemble our ancestors more because they remained in the same place from where humans first appeared.

they do, but its hardly a sport of any contention in the US. Not to mention a lot of inner city schools dont have swimming programs, compared to the UK and other countries where its almost a given a school has a swimming team rather than a football team.

ya i have been struggling with clothe sizes for all my fukin life
when i was all fat a couple years ago i had to wear phat people clothes
then i went from like 25% bf to ~12% in less than half a year, had to wear skinny clothes
now im getting fuarkin swole and i need new clothes to fit me

Shitty lift today. Didn't make any gains. Had to deload like 10Lbs lower than what I was suppose to do.
Knees and thighs were killin mehh during squats. While my knees already crack a lot, they cracked an unusually high amount during squats. I also kept feeling pressure/stiffness. Thought I was probably gonna injure something. Failed the last (5th) rep on my 4th set. Felt so drained that I just moved on to Bench press.
Same shit with Bench press. Deloaded, failed during the 4th set. My arms were shaking a lot during both warm up reps and set reps. Didn't even bother with rows as I was done with everything. I knew I had to stop early and just regroup so I can try again for Monday.
The thing I can't figure out though is why. I didn't do anything to potentially hinder my strength earlier in the day...I would hope that it wouldn't take a subtle thing to throw it off.

rest for 3-4 days completely. eat well and sleep well. don't eat carbs before going to bed.
then go hit the gym. the day you do though, eat like a mad fuark, and be sure to eat around 60 grams of oatmeal with milk (don't mind getting lowfat who da fuck cares) and maybe some eggs like 1,5 - 2 hours before going to lift.

I can't say I have noticed any differences with Fish Oil though. And I've been taking that shit for quite a while...probably 1-2 years. I kinda always feel like though, with anything I take.
All I can say about today is that my body just didn't seem up to it.
