Also, does any of you guy know of a website where I can order a fucking dips belt, I literally can't fucking find one in any stores near where I live, all I could really buy would be a weighted vest.

I generally try to stay safe with my health so there's no problem with that, I'm certainly not going to jump right on 4 scoops of that GAT shit when I'm 180 lbs.

Workout today went much better than Friday's. Deloaded a little so I wouldn't run in to failed reps again. I think my squat technique is improving still, as I didn't feel nearly as much pain in my quads/knees as I've been feeling for the past few weeks. I guess I really need to keep working on where my weight gets shifted, as it felt like I only did a subtle change in technique, but it was enough to almost eliminate my pain.

Also, isn't dimeth banned in the US? They had to reformulate jack3d because of it. That being said, I prefer C4. Great stuff, and synephrine kicks ass.
