Yup, atheists = angsty teens Hurr
tbh, there ARE a lot of bigoted atheists on FP who scapegoat religion
tbh, there ARE a lot of bigoted atheists on FP who scapegoat religion
I wouldn't say a lot, really. And scapegoating doesn't have much to do with being angsty...
I personally, am a christian, but I usually try try stay away from religious discussions on FP so I don't get flamed.
tbh, there ARE a lot of bigoted atheists on FP who scapegoat religion
Exactly why I'm a pagan. Don't want to be in the same boat as those small minded petty idiots.
After you've seen enough 12 year old girls on youtube asking Justin Bieber to marry them you realize there is no god.
Exactly why I'm a pagan. Don't want to be in the same boat as those small minded petty idiots.
says the guy who's polytheistic.
Exactly why I'm a pagan. Don't want to be in the same boat as those small minded petty idiots.
Paganism makes you in the same boat as people who think they are wizards. I don't know if I'd prefer that.
tbh, there ARE a lot of bigoted atheists on FP who scapegoat religion
tbh, a lot of things would be better without it.
Yup, atheists = angsty teens Hurr
It's a valid point, and most teens don't really know what to believe. It's easy to hop on a bandwagon when you're so easily swayed (That cuts both ways, so don't bash me).
Paganism makes you in the same boat as people who think they are wizards. I don't know if I'd prefer that.
that sounds pretty cool.
that sounds pretty cool.
Key word: "Think"
Paganism makes you in the same boat as people who think they are wizards. I don't know if I'd prefer that.
No it doesn't. The main guideline of paganism or more precise, Asa-belief, is to use your logic.
No it doesn't. The main guideline of paganism or more precise, Asa-belief, is to use your logic.
The main guideline for atheism is that you don't believe in god. Yet, as you said, people associate it with angsty anti-theists. And people associate paganism with goth kids who do rituals in the woods.
i dislike the idea that some people have that atheism only grows out of angst...
Hmm, now I'm being told what to belive in? This internet isn't the place to obtain a peacefull soul... Goth kids? Word. Theres old, compleatly normal people in my sect.
Paganism makes you in the same boat as people who think they are wizards. I don't know if I'd prefer that.
It took me forever to get to lvl 60, no way am I leaving Paganism
Hmm, now I'm being told what to belive in? This internet isn't the place to obtain a peacefull soul...
Pointing out that your precept of being logical as a main part of a religion that by definition believes in illogical things is self-contradicting = told what to believe in. Sure thing.
Hmm, now I'm being told what to belive in?
