It's a bad sign when you recognize many of the songs :v:
I make these songs alot :)
It's very fun and rewarding, seeing i like the chiptune noise.
I think i made a Scatman One ages ago. :raise:
My god, I just found one that used to play before my Spyro 2 game loaded on PS1...

I always loved this one.

Scrambled mind is awesome, yes.
iLLusioN's ones are gay techno pieces, though.
I like CORE's and ECLiPSE's.
Edit:
And BRD's.
Razor1911's keygens have fucking awesome music.
That OP music is orgasmic. I want to make some.
To milkytracker!
Edit:
I don't get it, MilkyTracker doesn't seem to have any facility for XM files.
How do I make it open XM files.
Whats milkytracker?
Don't bother with milkytracker, just get ModPlug Player.
You just open the file, play it to see if you like it, and hit the "Save .Wav" button to export to .wav format so you can put it on your MP3 players and whatnot.
I still think XMplay is the best.
I love the ones from PiZZA trainers.
I love how I recognize most of these songs. :v:
Edit:
F4CG - WinRAR 3.70beta2crk
HOLY SHIT I GOT THAT GAME FOR COMMODORE 64! :excited:
My favorite is the one from San Andreas by HOODLUM.
SeeknDestroy - Babylon 5.x 1.1crk.xm
MYTH's are pretty nice too.
Edit:
Especially Civilisation III (Kingdom Skies)
MilkyTracker is kind of confusing when it comes to creating the music. Anyone know another program like it that's easier to make music with? :v:

It's not quite that hard.
Just create an instrument, make basic beat, arpeggio up the ass, then fuck around with the volume levels.
...But if you do want a somewhat easier program, http://www.renoise.com/.
That said, I can't really figure it out (I spent like 5 minutes with it) but I've heard it's easy.
Yay!
I have heard the song in the OP, I was actually hoping it would be that song :D
Yeah chiptune music is awesome and brings back memories
http://www.plopbox.net/
More chiptune music
The one from WebcamMax by tRUE is awesome!
Hahaha, the fact that Keygen music is recognised as... Keygen music... It's insane.
But I'll admit, at my friend's house once he was using a keygen, and it played the chiptunes version of Beverly Hills Cop theme (I think...). We laughed and left it open for a while. :v: I'm pissed off I can't remember what it was for though.
I've only used a couple of keygens myself and they were never awesome enough to have music... :(
Thread= Awesome, i'm bathing in sweet tunes!
To make or play music like this, you need a tracker, like MilkyTracker.
Or, more sources for playing .xm files (and more) include ChipAmp for Winamp, or GEP for Foobar2000.
EDIT: Wait, I might be wrong with GEP. Hold on.
EDIT2: Yep, I was. Correct plugin (foo_dumb): http://kode54.foobar2000.org/foo_dumb.zip
XMplayer doesn't work in a 64-bit OS, a little warning :)
Also, listen to this (It's in the pack)
AERiS - Hod Dog King +7trn_02.mod
Makes me all happy :v:
Hell yeah dude, I had this one CLASS installer for Red Faction 2, fucking amazing.
3D GUI, sweet music, and a fun game to play while it installs. Now that's some dedication.
I didn't even have the files itself, I was given the installer by someone else who was amazed by this awesome intro/installer.
Wait, XM's the file format for songs. Shit.
Better google around for some samples, or whatever the sounds are called.
You can also use Jet Audio to play them
Ubuntu can also play these natively.
Showoff :v:
Edit:
Wow tRUE has some awesome songs.
DiGERATi - Preeminence
Can't... Stop... Listening...
Need to wake up in 3 hours :tinfoil:
