Yes, because people on the internet are super trustworthy.
No matter how many people say whacking off with bengay on your balls feels great, it's still a dumb-as-fuck move.
Well, yes there are going to be many trolls throughout the web, but there are also those who are honest; you may as well stop using the Wikipedia, I mean after all, it is a user-generated site - I mean, anyone can edit the Wikipedia and thus 90% of the site could be completely wrong.
I doubt all stories are fakes, at least some are going to be trustworthy.
I wrote this for people that have REALLY hard time to go under hypnosis or even feel a trance
and that have been trying for longer than a year, like myself.
Bad things to do to go into a trance:
1. Forcing yourself to relax
2. Thinking too much about relaxing
3. Trying to lay completely still
4. Trying to think unconciously!
Tips:
1. When you start a hypnosis session/recording never try to go unconciously forcing yourself to
just be conciously listening to a hypnotist as if you don't know anything about hypnosis and just do
what they tell you to do conciously, but focus on their voice. Relax yourself conciously and your
thoughts will turn unconciously without you realizing it. Trance is something that will happen
and you cannot force yourself into it. Trust me.
2. Pretend being hypnotized but do it conciously while following their instructions, without realizing
it you will go unconcious and fall slowly into a trance, or rapidly fast depending on the hypnotist's instructions and
yourself.
3. Most important thing is to follow instructions but don't think too much about them. Don't over think them.
the key is to focus on the hypnotist and everything will happen naturally.
It's just like listening to a teacher at school and completely focused on him/her.
Or when you want to hear something (maybe something important or the lottery numbers or just anything) on television or radio
you try to be focused on the tv/radio as much as you can. and you completely ignore everything and everyone around you
and you're 100% focused. You can also compare it to daydreaming, and how hard is that? It comes naturally!
It's hard if you're thinking about it and trying to.
It can be hard not to think too much about relaxing but that's why you have to focus on the hypnotist.
Your main focus should always be on the hypnotist at all times.
One thing that helps me alot, is to dream/think about something relaxing and feel like falling asleep.
Also hypnosis really isn't something strange it's totally normal and I'm sure every person on the earth have felt a trance in their life.
Ever came from a party late at night and maybe drunk and when you come home you can just fall into
the bed and it feels like your mind is dizzy and it feels like your drifting deep down into sleep. (It can also happen when you've not been drinking)
You just simply let go cause your so exhausted, and that's kinda what a trance is.
Huge bump, but very nice tips, I am still not sure I believe in hypnotism though.
Hmm, interesting I will try this out this weekend.
I got really interested in hypnosis a year or more ago. I studied it quite a bit and tried dozens of times to induce a hypnotic state. I listened to several audio files and even scheduled an appointment with a hypnotist. During a few "sessions" I lost time or had strange out-of-body sensations, feeling like I was floating away or that my body and consciousness were separated somehow. But as soon as I became aware of the sensations they would disappear, and I'm not convinced that what I was experiencing was anything other than the effects of the a normal Stage 1 sleep pattern, which is often associated with floaty feelings--and that expecting those sensations, and then becoming aware of them, were simply waking me up. On occasions where I didn't wake up, I simply fell deeper into sleep, perhaps down to Stage 2, or even 3, and woke up later feeling drowsy, but otherwise unremarkable.
What I'm saying is, hypnotism never accomplished anything other than putting me to sleep. If you've got issues sleeping at night, getting a recording of a good hypnotist and following his instructions might help a bit. They're relaxing, and soothing, and practicing the techniques they teach you can definitely make sleep come quicker, but don't expect them to work any magic.
Erotic hypnosis is most likely bupkis. Having a sexy voice whisper into your ear while you're sleepy might tip the hat for some people, but I don't think that hypnosis has much to do with it.
