it was just hudmo who got signed for production. i've been listening to him forever and have heard rappers on his shit so it's not new to me, but i think tnght's bangers are better sans rappers. flylo gets a pass because he and hudmo are buddies. :P Hudson Mohawke:

Higher ground and others are too "active" for rappers to work on. I have heard many-a-time Lunice describe his and TNGHT's music as "open to rappers"... so they sometimes make their stuff with rappers in mind. Just go and listen to their recent Pitchfork interview with Future. Some good beats there, man. ;) HudMo has worked with Kanye in the past... most prominently on Cruel Summer. I'm very excited to see what HudMo does when signed to G.O.O.D. Music. I wouldn't mind if Kanye's new album or Cruel Winter was produced nearly-exclusively by HudMo, Hit Boy, and Kanye.
Yeah that's exactly what I think, the EP is hype enough to stand on its own, and I feel like adding a rapper would just detract from them. Also yeah I know, I've been following Hudmo's music and career, and I'm happy he's getting all this shine, opportunity, and that he's playing packed shows. He's a really talented producer and his hard work is paying off. I love that. Same for Hit-Boy. Lunice produced a song on Rockie Fresh's new mixtape if you guys are interested:

I wasn't trying to diss Lil B earlier I was just saying there's no real value to him other than comedic, how some people go apeshit and call him a lyrical genius is what I was questioning

"BARBARA WALTERS SWAG GOT THAT AK47, SHOOT A FUCKIN CACTUS RAW DOG STRAIGHT TO HEAVEN" Fucking genius.
lil b is fun and entertaining, and says motivational things, but i think people try to make him seem more intellectual than he is. my friend implied only intelligent people can appreciate lil b, which is like - pretentious as fuck mann.
