Hey guys, I couldn't think where to put this so I thought this was the most suitable.
Over the past 5 or so days I've had a nasty chest infection and the flu, taking different meds and getting high every so often but today I woke up feeling strange.
I now feel physically well enough to go back to school but as soon as I woke up I was met with what I would describe the feeling of being high without losing any function within my body and instead of everything feeling awesome it's more out of place and somewhat frightening.
I know it's not the weed because I know what it feels like when it carries over and this is not that feeling. The last time I smoked was yesterday morning so I'm almost positive it isn't the weed.
I know Facepunch isn't a doctor and all that but it would be great if someone could shed some light on the subject.
what meds did you take?
Some cough medicine, Amoxicillin, Cuprofen and Co-codamol. As far as I remember.
Just give it a few days man

Anxiety and placebo.

I don't know, sometimes when sick I get the feeling the OP is talking about, pressure on the eyes, slightly warm, lethargic, it's just part of recovering from a sickness. Kinda feels like a very mellow high, but not really in a good way
yeah weed can have mixed bag effects with a cold, when you're high and even after you come down. either way you shouldn't worry until a few days after you stop feeling sick.
