It just recently came out in their cinemas.
And don't dare watching some camera-rip shit.
Bluray and DVD comes out 2-6 months afterwards, then you gotta wait for someone to sub it.
Wait... On MAL it says it'll come out on the cinema (or maybe they mean DVD/Bluray) 22 April.
I thought you guys were talking about Lagann-hen. :colbert:
do they get mechas?
nah, just the idea of a super advance society in the past, then that society fucking up so badly, they revert back in time.
nobody gets your metaphors
I'll let MAL explain:
This story is set thousands of years in the future. The people of Earth have forgotten the space wars of the past, reverting back to a pre-industrial existence. But the lunar settlers known as the Moonrace, who have retained their high technology, now plan to seize their mother planet for themselves. As the war of the worlds begins, a young Moonrace citizen named Loran Cehack, pilot of the legendary Turn A Gundam, struggles to bridge the gap between humanity's long-separated branches.
That reminds me, I still need to finish it. It was a pretty surprising VN, all in all. I just need to play through that end bit where [sp]you release everyone from the time loop or whatever[/sp] and then I'm done.

1996 is the best year imo.
[editline]10:24PM[/editline]
Naw. I'm just kidding nothing happened in 96.
That sounds pretty interesting, is it worth a check-out even if it's Gundam?
I enjoyed it, most Gundam fans don't like it mainly because the design of the suits in the show, also it starts slow for the first 10 episodes or so, but after that it picks up in pace. It also helps if you have a little bit of knowledge of the Gundam shows that came before it, mostly just of some of the suits and weapon systems.
also the first opening is just a tad annoying.

What are you talking about? My birthday in 1996 was awesome, just listen to what Wikipedia has to say:
1996
July 16 – An outbreak of E. coli food poisoning in Japan reaches 6,000 fatalities, after a group of school children who have eaten contaminated lunches die.
What could top that birthday present?
1999
July 16 – Off the coast of Martha's Vineyard, a plane piloted by John F. Kennedy Jr. crashes, killing him and his wife Carolyn Bessette Kennedy and her sister Lauren Bessette.

1987 Born
October 8 – Aya Hirano, Japanese voice actress
Beat that. :colbert:
