Ice Hockey (Don't talk about field hockey for the love of god)

Canucks are killing the Hawks, 5-2 entering the third, go Canucks!
Well I don't know too much about hockey but I went to a game that had seven fights in it.
Pretty cool.
Going to see a Blackhawks game Friday with the other men of the family, really looking forward to it.
I like the part where they beat each other up.

find me one team sport that doesn't involve putting a small object into a predesignated place for points

A fight from tonight's game. Love how the Chicago fans stopped chanting louu after we started whooping on them.

Bobsleds are quite large objects.
Go Blackhawks!
You were saying?
Yes! Wanted to start the thread but i was to lazy to put in all the content.
Anyways, CAPITALS BABY!
I played hockey on one of my local teams for a while, but I decided it wasn't really my calling. I still watch those teams, and now I teach people how to skate for hockey. It's very rewarding.
I work at one of the Sharks Rinks.
It's great fun.
I'm a Jakets fan.
It's not easy... especially this season (2-11-1)

Go go Dinamo Riga!!
Their play this season is kinda weak :[
I went to a fight and a hockey game broke out

Baseball?
[editline]8th November 2011[/editline]
Actually baseball is the exact opposite.
Keep the ball away from a predesignated point (gloves) for points.
I wish ice hockey was big over here

Sorry mate, but enjoy your team while you still have them. I don't see Columbus sticking around if the team finds itself with a new owner.
Better hope the Coyotes crack first.
I play hockey in one of the local leagues, (for some reason none of the schools carry it) it is so damn fun.

I know and it sucks! Columbus is awesome but our sports suck...
Stars get to first place in the NHL, immediately lose 5 straight to get near the bottom of their division. Such is life in Dallas.

The Coyotes better go first.
They've been supported by the NHL in a place where hockey just isn't catching on for too long.
On a side note, the Blues have been doing much better under their new head coach Mike Hitchcock. I was sad to see Davis Payne go since he was a pretty cool guy, and a good coach, but he just wasn't getting it done this season.
They haven't lost a game in regulation since Hitch came over. I believe they are 5-0-2 under him. They almost had their 6th win against the Wild who are killing right now, but it went to a shootout, and Koivu who was hot all game scored on Halak to seal it.

Our team (BK Mladá Boleslav) snatched a win tonight against PSG Zlín after an eye-candy performance. However we're still the worst team and we're losing 4 points on Karlovy Vary (we have an extra game though). If we are to evade the relegation play-out, we have to keep these performances up.
I wanted something to do this winter, so I bought all this hockey shit, and now I'm playing hockey. I fully embrace my scrubbishness at 20 years old, and I fucking love the sport. I've just been playing pickup games for the past month and a half, but I'm going to join a league in February. I'm so glad I decided to man up and play.
Also, there's a guy that's 73 years old, been playing since a wee lad, who plays with us. He's slow as shit, but his pokechecks are UNAVOIDABLE.

Just curious. Where exactly are you from?

S19's for $170.
Good year to be a Senators fan thus far. Everybody had us picked to finish in the lottery, and now we're in playoff contention.
I bet it's the moustache.
