[QUOTE=MakoSkyDub;34108466]I must object to anyone getting a crap short back and sides and then plastering the fringe vertical with product
When I was in school, practically everyone did that for like a whole five years, Not a single one of them failed to look completely awful[/QUOTE]
Well, if you have any suggestions I'm open to it. I've been under the impression for years that I pull it off well though :(

it's just that that particular way of doing hair is pretty dated, and the fact that you've been doing it for years is evidence of that.
Doing something like this:
[img]http://shorthaircutsforwomen2.com/images/shorthaircutsformen.jpg[/img]
would be a lot more modern and I think it would look good on you. You'll have to invest in some wax or something though; gel is also pretty obsolete when it comes to hair care these days.
i'm still recommending matt clay more than wax. matt clay is practically invisible
yeah I don't really know much about the different types of hair products, I just know there are a lot better things to use than gel these days.
I am going to sneak into Upgrade's house and shave off his hair when he sleeps.

I laughed at the for years part. I swear people are just too polite to take the piss out of their friends
Anyway, I'm kind of poor at discerning good hairstyles for individual guys, but

Maybe start with something like this for your current cut, just mix it up a bit, have it messy
Then maybe build toward something along these lines
[img]http://www.buzzle.com/images/hairstyles/mens-hairstyles/mens-messy-hairstyle.jpg[/img]
And then when it gets too long get it cut back to stage one?
Seriously I don't know though, that's just the best I could do offhand.

That's not too bad. Not sure I can pull it off, but that's what experimenting is for.

After trying to convince myself to take pictures (to defend my claim of bonyness), i finally did it, didn't img tag them since it's not relevant to the topic, and also because disgusting, also because i'm hoping people don't notice since i really dont want people looking at my bones.

you're skinny man, start doing some muscle building routines. basic core and cardio for good measure.

seen worse
I'm not really looking for muscle, just some fat to fill out my bones and conceal my veins.
Muscle != big bulky muscle.
A toned look isn't hard to achieve.

Please don't try to tell me what I want. I know what I want, and what I want is some fat to smooth out my bones, fill in my sallow, saggy looking face, and hide my veins, I do not want to be toned. Anyway, I posted photographic evidence, time to leave, bye.
Resume hipster fashion discussion.
I didn't tell you what you want, I recommended something healthy and overall easier to control / maintain than eating some donuts and gaining weight in areas that wont fill out correctly.

Please fucking leave, nobody cares about how skinny you are (I've seen a lot skinnier). Your weight isn't fashion. I'm just starting to get pissed off

not that bad tbh
i went to school with a guy looking like that
Yeah man you made yourself sound like a holocaust survivor or a marathon runner.
One of my old friends was maybe a bit skinnier than you plus he had very slight pectus excavatum. Pretty weird stuff.
I can understand if you're self concious and want to gain weight but don't beat yourself up about it, you don't look as bad as you think you do (I don't think you look bad at all)
However, hiding yourself under extremely baggy clothing is only going to draw more attention to the issue and make yourself look skinnier.

I don't wear extremely baggy clothing. I usually wear the smallest size that I can, that isn't too short on the sleeves or legs. I do like relaxed fit jeans though. Can anybody recommend some relaxed fit jeans that don't make my crotch look like it's down to my knees/doesn't make my ass look concave?
