supreme? obey? sandals? crocs?
Tapout. ahem you win.
If you're going to be wearing converse at least get the low tops. They look so much better. also they look way better on girls than they do on guys.
I wish vans were auto-ban in this thread :C Vans erypage
hey i like vans authentic because they're simple and inoffensive looking, dunno about comfort tho because i've never worn em but might get a pair in the future.
theres so many nicer alternatives out there. Vans are the new chux
hey i like vans authentic because they're simple and inoffensive looking, dunno about comfort tho because i've never worn em but might get a pair in the future.
please tell me how unless a shoe has a swastika on it, it can be offensive
supreme? obey? sandals? crocs?
what are the stereotypes associated with these?
what are the stereotypes associated with these?
complete social retardation
I meant receding (which limits what you can do with it I guess) And sorry but I don't really understand why you like it done the way it is Also that picture obviously isn't the sort of thing I meant, the URL is Jude-Law-Bald; if you were going to shave it I'd keep it closer than that. (That said, I still think doing that would be a cut above what you've got going now) Something like this:
Jude Law is one of the greatest men. [editline]19th January 2012[/editline] also both Vans and Converse are fine. Converse are more worn by younger kids, but that doesn't mean they're bad shoes. I prefer Vans but I have worn Converse before. Not anymore though. Mine got worn out.
Yeah, Converse were easy to wear out. Or, rather, they showed signs of wear much easier than other shoes.
Which is why they're marketed to younger kids. Younger kids wear them out faster and need a replacement pair even quicker.
But they're also cheap. So that's good.
Are they? Every time I go to look at Converse, they're $45. Maybe I'm just cheap lol
So I will most likely go on my first date next week. I have already changed my style of clothing but I need some more stuff. I have three cardigans. I used to wear hoodies all the time before. My friend told me to have a nice shirt underneath but I am brain dead when it comes my fashion. My sister helped me out on that front. :v: Anyhow, I have one navy blue, another navy blue but it is also mixed with black, can't describe it really. And finally one with alternate shades of gray. What kind of shirts would work with these? I can't really think of anything apart from black, which isn't perhaps very colorful.
You mean I can wear a fedora and not look like a greasy nerd??
I wear a fedora with a nice coat and all I get are compliments from both men and women. So yes. I also have facial hair so maybe that helps. Then again, hipsters do not plague the city I live in.
Are they? Every time I go to look at Converse, they're $45. Maybe I'm just cheap lol
I don't remember spending more than $30 for a pair. I could be wrong though, and I'm a compulsive dealhunter anyway :v:
please tell me how unless a shoe has a swastika on it, it can be offensive
shit like toms, gaaaaaaaaahhh what happened to shoes that dont look like ham wallets?
shit like toms, gaaaaaaaaahhh what happened to shoes that dont look like ham wallets?
Toms are fine, but they're growing in popularity and getting VERY stale
Are they? Every time I go to look at Converse, they're $45. Maybe I'm just cheap lol
Converse cost between $90 - $250 in Sweden. Hah.
hey man I like my Toms they're mad comfortable [editline]19th January 2012[/editline]
Converse cost between $90 - $250 in Sweden. Hah.
whatwhy
hey man I like my Toms they're mad comfortable [editline]19th January 2012[/editline] whatwhy
Simply put, they are from America. People love America here and are willing to shell out a ton of money for something from the states. That is the only reason I can think of. Along with absurd amounts of tax on everything.
hey man I like my Toms they're mad comfortable
Are they actually any good for walking in though? Because I have a pair of espadrilles which are shit for walking any reasonable distance that isn't on the beach. Admittedly they were only £5 or something but I can't imagine that they, or toms, would be good for walking pavements for any reasonable distance.
I use them for work all the time where I'm standing for hours on end. And I've worn them to theme parks where I'd be there all day. They're not good if you're looking for exercise shoes, but if you want casual shoes that are not going to bother your feet if you're gonna be up and about all day, Toms are good ones. They don't have arch support, however, so if you absolutely need arch support, Toms aren't the way to go.

So a Vans vs Converse discussion popped up but does anyone have shoe recommendations that aren't Vans or Converse?
Something like this:
I'm not sure how to explain it, but he just looks gross. I'm not sure if it's the mustache or the unshaved beard but bleh. The hair looks kind of like he got caught in a windstorm so I don't even know how I'd replicate that. The hair itself doesn't look bad I guess though.
