I still find it hard to believe that you wouldn't seek revenge if someone you loved very much was killed in cold blood, and without a good reason. I don't think very many other people here would just let it go, either.
I'd ask the judge to give them the maximum sentence. Why are you so hell bent on stooping down to their level?
yes
It really depends who and how. But I'm going to say yes as I have many plans.
Apart from a lot of the people who just says yes but proberbly wouldent do it in the acctual situation .. i think i would ..
I dont have Human Empathy .. if thats the way its spelled ..
But i do have empathy towards animals

We're all just animals. They would simply have had the misfortune of choosing the wrong animal to cross. In any case, those who would take away the rights of others without just cause forfeit their own completely, in my belief.
Sure. Anybody can.
If someone was coming at me with a knife or something, probably yes, but not otherwise. :ohdear:
all you are doing is ending a life that will probally never do anything special all you are doing is speeding up tiome to the end of his time i would just be making it easier for him most likely so yeah i could easily kill someone

I agree with this. Some people believe in abiding with the system, in a more civilized manner. Some just do not believe in enacting violence.
If I were in the situation, I would do the same.
For the record, none of this is geared towards my attitude towards others. I do not have to be empathetic to not wish violence. I generally do not like people, but that does not mean I feel it is necessary to forcefully remove such people.

that's not how it works though.. you don't just forfeit all rights if you've committed a crime.
this isn't the dark ages.

Don't pretend you think I meant ANY crime.
If they were healthy, no. If it was assisted suicide, probably not either.

doesn't matter what crime it is.. there's a reason they're called rights.
I don't think you should be a police officer with that attitude.
Probably only if my life was directly threatened and there was no other option available. Even then i'd probably get killed first, but meh.
Self defence / defending an innocent - yeah, I think so.
Only if my life was threatened and it was an absolute last resort
I could never ever imagine myself killing another human being regardless of the situation I'd never live with the guilt of ending someones life
Yes, I could and would, but only if it was for survival, mercy, or the protection of someone more innocent than me target.
Yes, but it would only be a last last resort or for an extremely good reason. I won't simply take another life just because I can.
If i was in war, easily. But i couldn't go and murder someone, unless they were endangering me.
only once
Physically, possibly, emotionally, hell no
It depends. In most situations I would not, even if my life depended on it; because of how much I value life, regardless of whether or not it is my own.
Yes. But I wouldn't have the balls.
Depends on the situation of course, I'd say Yes
Yes, but it largely depends on the person.

Everyone has a basic instinct to survive
Edit: Except emo's
Edit: and Chinese
Oh yes, easily. Only if they deserve to die of course.
well if I had only a short while to live i'd spend all my money on my dream car, few guns. Mount them or whatever and a bomb or 2 and go out with a bang in time square.
Around 4 years ago I once did come close to killing another human being. It was past midnight when I heard glass shattering, I knew someone had just broken in so I reached for my aluminum bat. As I carefully made my way through the house I heard noise coming from the kitchen area, I went through the entryway to find a burglar rummaging through the refrigerator. He was clever enough to take quick peeks and then he saw me.
The burglar suddenly lunged at me with his knife and stabs into my upper left arm. I hit him in the face with the end of the bat which knocks him back somewhat, I then quickly swung the bat into his left temple and he twists to his right. I heavily swung the bat into his exposed back and he falls flat to the ground, I swung again to keep him down.
I don't remember much for the rest of the night, my memories pick up when I woke up in a hospital bed, it was 2 o'clock. I was told that my knife wound stopped at the bone and wasn't serious.
After giving a report of what happened that night, the police officer told me that the burglar had something to say. When I arrived, I saw a middle-aged man in a wheelchair.

I lost my job, my wife left me for another man, I'm left with nothing but my little boy. I got no family, no friends, can't find work, and I'm stealing from fridges.

Look I'm sorry, I just wanted to feed my kid. I never hurt anyone before, it doesn't feel good a damned bit. I'm sorry,
