it's good for vehicle gunners if anything. Most people seem to hate it.

metal burns.
seperate load carriers now a days are useless unless you're a vehicle crewman.
if you really needed to ditch your shit IOTVs and shit have a quick release function where you pull it and the entire vest will just fall off you
I haven't done that yet with my CIRAS. I'm tempted to just for the novelty of it, but I'd be too lazy to put it back together.
yea it looks like a pain
it's definitely a pain
just adjusting the CIRAS to fit properly is a pain in the ass, i can't imagine weaving all the cords back.

what ever this camo is, its awesome..... does anyone know?
Is that a rock rammed into his groin?
The image url contains KSK, so it might be in use by the German special forces unit of the same name.
Could also be a made-up camo from a movie or something. Cuz I'm not finding anything, and it almost looks like green Tpat

Definitely tigerstripe
Tiger stripe. Propper's asian tiger stripe looks a lot like it if you want a cheap alternative. The Taiwan pattern is like brighter though.

Helikon Polish Woodland, £51 for BDU and trousers. So much want, going to get it soon
helikon owns, wish I could find a us retailer for them
Why not make a international order from Poland ? Yes, it will cost you a bit but it is worth it.I own a Helikon MARPAT set and it's amazing. We also tested it's look with a TRUE MARPAT and you can't a find a difference. They do awesome work.My backpack is a CBrown Helikon 25liter.
does your "TRUE MARPAT" have the EGA?
EGA ?
I am not good with acronymes.
Eagle Globe Anchor. The symbol of the marines.
real marpat has a imprint of it, every once and so often on the pattern
Yes it has.
helikon makes good gear
I have woodland marpat bdus made by Propper with the globe and anchor in the print. It's very well made, with elastic waistband and pockets with velcro instead of fiddly buttons.

We can both agree that issue flecktarn pants (my favorite bdu's i've owned) are much better with a zipper fly instead of 5 or 6 buttons.
