Although it's probably been mentioned before and the date and place were decided many months ago, I thought I should point out for the future that the school term doesn't end in Scotland until the 23rd (England being a week earlier to my understanding). Considering a lot of Facepunch is school age, a lot of Facepunch are the sort not to miss school and a lot... Okay not many at all... of Facepunch are Scottish it kind of screws us over.
One of these days there'll be one of these I can attend. Until then, I've given up on complaining about London.
Ah well, best of luck to the people planning to attend who don't live in the immediate area getting there with all this damned snow delaying/canceling trains.
-11.5 C fuck you weather i will fight you if you cancel my train
There are 3 people at my school that don't want me to go to this. It is quite funny.
I have my train to london in two hours, I will definately rough the weathers shit up if it gets my train cancelled, as I cannot be bothered to dish out £28.50 for another train ticket

We can't really have this on the 24th though, can we! :)
We do have other meetups around the year, though, which shouldn't clash.
Just to recap, its 1pm meet at victoria, and i think some where meeting somewhere else a Little earlier.

I know, it's just that I have met some of you guys before. And I have told them that, but 2 of them are just ignoring it. At least 1 of them is slightly more willing after I told her I knew some of you.
Fuck this snow better melt. Don't want to have to wait ages for a train
I arrive at Euston at 11:54, apparently. Yay, sitting around by myself in London for an hour, fun.
if you get the victoria line to finsbury park, you can chill at mine for a bit.
How long would it take to get to yours?
How long would it take to get to yours?
Euston to finsbury park is 3 stops on the victoria line - 5 minutes at most.
Oh look, there is even more snow where I live now.

Yeah you'll probs end up with delays cos of snow anyway
The overhead wires are down in the Milton Keynes area so it's likely that for the next few days there will be lots of cancellations and delayed trains into Euston.
Wonderful.
megalolz XD
what time are people arriving at Euston?
or rather, what time are people going to try to get to Euston for?
11:54

Getting a train in this weather
[editline]20th December 2010[/editline]
Also Omo apart from delays as you'd expect there are currently no problems with trains between Didcot and Paddington
Are there any plans to do anything on Wednesday?
recover from night before
hang out for a bit
go home
If you're running very late and want to let the group know, you can email me at hexxeh@hexxeh.net or tweet me @Hexxeh. That way we can arrange to meet you etc.
Also Tea I'll need to find a Tesco or something near you to buy sourz.
by the way, where exactly at Victoria station are we meeting?
By the customer information desk on the main Southern concourse - it's right in the middle so you can't miss it.
