I like how you gave me a example, and didn't just insult me without answering my question.

The insult was justified because of your retarded statement. And you didn't ask any question

If it's a retarded question (Which is different from a statement), it must have a obvious answer.
Go for a walk
In the dark.
At night.
I once got caught being "drunk" in public because I'm used to English laws and I guess Americans don't like letting people drink eventhough they're old enough to own guns and vote and get married. But even then they just told me to be safe and drink at home and then gave me a lift home. It was great. I didn't have to walk all the way back to my house.

Public intoxication is against the law, but the police are pretty lenient about it.

We do this all the time actually.
That magical place called outside is beautiful at all hours.
That, and they're too busy busting the drunken college kids.
dat ass. link?
also
since minors aren't legal adults they have no rights so legislation like this is easily passed. all of them are adults. in schools you see this when administrators and police are allowed to search students and students also don't have any form of freedom of speech. bong hits 4 jesus? I think not
In the dark.

Go to a nearby store to buy snacks for them and their friends.
But you wouldn't have any experience with those.

I love hiking, but why would I go outside at night?
That's when normal people SLEEP.
+try taking a walk at night in a major city at night and tell me it's beautiful at all hours.

I disagree, as an adult I feel all persons under the age of 18 should be locked away during the times I'm awake and then only allowed out for 5 minutes when I'm asleep so I don't have to gaze upon their unkempt ways.

But with me being under 21 anything over .001 was over my limit. And I was barely that. But yet they treated me like a criminal. Patted me down and everything. (Was a hot female cop so I didn't give a fuck)

Minors are different.
Your parents have right of attorney over you until your 16-18 (depending on the state, I believe), that is how it works. Minors AREN'T full class citizens.

That is different. If you are out in the country then you wouldn't be brought in for curfew.
I love stargazing myself.Impossible to do inside the city, though.

the bill of rights applies to everyone, regardless of power of attorney. there is no such thing as a half-citizen in the united states, the equal protection clause of the fourteenth amendment makes that very clear.

I live in a city. It's not impossible to do. You just need to avoid places with street lights and other major light pollution.

Oh well then I can't believe I missed that what with the children that buy guns and stay up till 2 AM out in public, without requiring them to have a legal guardia-
Oh wait.
Legally, until you are no longer considered a minor you can't do these things.
Hell, you have to be 21 before you can drink or legally own a firearm.
Suck it up. Just because you can point out a specific article of the constitution out of context to support your argument doesn't mean you should get everything you want.

The difference is that it makes sense that a minor shouldn't be able to buy a gun, it doesn't make sense that a minor shouldn't be able to go where he/she wants, whatever time of the day.
The fact that you are so comfortable with all this, and your inability to see things from a perspective beyond your own simple need for merely a computer and an internet connection to be satisfied, annoys me to no end.

in the united states, you are legally considered a minor until you are eighteen. the bill of rights protects your civil liberties regardless of age. nothing more to say, really.
In my cousin's county, they have an ordinance restricting the number of youth in a group ont he street after a certain time, as well.
I sometimes wish they'd enforce curfews in Scotland. Fucking 12 year olds getting shitfaced in public places, making me feel threatened. :argh:
they're even worse in canada
I don't think that there's a curfew in my state. I stay out till 3 AM and I've never been stopped.
