If I play a multiplayer game I comment on my gameplay as if I was playing in a tourney.
I do that in singleplayer.
Sometimes in Touhou... I talk to the bullets...
In multiplayer on games like Call of Duty, I pretend to be like an SAS operative or something. As in talking to myself as if I had a whole squad there, for example saying 'enemy spotted' and 'clear' and other random things in a Captain Price voice. And if my one of my friends is playing with me and I'm sniping, I'll ask him to be my spotter. He probably thinks I'm an idiot.
Another thing I do is when I'm sneaking in a game and then my brother starts talking to me, I make a "Shh..." sound.
that's reasonable though because if you're playing metal gear unless you have subtitles you need to hear if someone off screen sees you.
If there is magic in a game, I try to use it as much as I can. For example, I have never finished an Elder Scrolls game without being a mage. Sure, I have started other kinds of playthroughs but they get so boring so fast.
To hell with sneaks and warriors; bows, daggers and swords! Why would I use anything else when I can shoot fireballs out of my hands and laser beams from my eyes?
That's funny to me, becuase I"m just the opposite.
If I'm in a game that takes place in a world filled with magic and superpowers, I love to try and be a normal dude and still kick ass.
When turning a corner sometimes instead of going 90 degrees clockwise I go 270 degrees counter-clockwise
I don't even know why, it happens IRL sometimes too.
I jump everywhere. Which is pretty much the reason why I don't like Farcry 3. Whenever I jump down a slope I die, and it happens all the freaking time.
In the Simpsons Hit & Run game, I wouldn't drive like a crazy person. I'd actually drive around normally. I'd even stop at Stop signs and stuff like that.
Not on missions though.
I am always efficient with ammo. If there is an ammo pile pickup beside me and I'm in the middle of a firefight, I'll save it till after. Same goes for rare pick ups or health boosts. If I can be efficient, it really fucks me up.
Quicksaving every 3 or less minutes even when it isn't necessary.
I always try to drive on the left side of the road
On Command & Conquer, I always make little scout units patrol in large circles or rectangles near my base so I can see anything coming in and get a head start on defending the base. I also used to get the sniper team from Tiberium Wars and kill the spotter so that the 1 sniper would be left, with his panicky voice about how his 'spotter's down' and make him run all through the map until he got back to the base.
Once I kill Benny in new vegas I like to cut him up and leave his parts as a warning to those who cross...
The Geezer
i like to go back to previously visited areas
to see if the game world is still alive

After I unleashed sweet justice, I ended up becoming Benny, except with shades, longer blonde hair, and a mustache.

I tend to hang around one area in an Elder Scrolls game when I'm doing faffing about.
back when i used to play garry's mod a lot, i used to go into city and house maps and do interior decorating with props.
it wasn't even for a video or anything. i just liked setting stuff up.
In Lord of the Rings Online, I like to goto the first village you pass into as a human(Combe) and give new players full suits of enchanted armor.
I check the scoreboard everytime I die in an online game. It's such a habit, sometimes I don't even notice I do it.
In half-life and only half-life I feel the need to kill the friendly NPC(')s
(I can only justify it in Opposing Force.)
- in gta i sometimes try to be a gud gui, following the rules, driving normally waiting for stoplights and properly park and stuff. but after 10 minutes i cannot hold it anymore and start causing havoc again.
- in Halo my friend always kills the marines, dunno why lol
- when i can create my own char (as in facial look and stuff) i like to recreate myself and think of me as the main char.
- also pretend to be an npc
EDIT: one more thing. when my char in a game gets hit then i usually say ouch or OW in real life
If its a racing game then I try to do barrel-rolls over ramps and what not.

Back when I played WRC 4 on PS2, I had known every inch of every track. Eventually I ended up doing crazy shortcuts with Extreme cars when I had nothing better to do, like on a certain Greece track where I'd just slam my car at 200km/h against a mound next to the road and jump over a river instead of using a bridge. It was a barrel roll, of course.
In any game where you can customize your character's face I will try to make the character look ridiculous as possible.
Playing Deus Ex: Human Revolution, in the Detroit hub, I would knock out a single NPC and place him in a back alley or something. Then, I would break into every apartment, and steal every refrigerator to being back to the knocked out NPC.
In my mind, the police would get swarmed with calls from people claiming their fridge had been stolen. This would lead to city wide search that would end with the police finding the fridges next to the passed out guy. Naturally, he would be suspect numero uno and would have to spend thousands of dollars in lawyer fees to prove he wasn't the real Serial Fridge Thief. Finally, out of desperation to have the case closed, the law would declare the innocent man guilty, and sentence him to 25 years.
When he finally got out, he took whatever work he could find. This lead to him becoming a maintenance man at UNATCO headquarters. The nature of the crime that he was accused of compelled him to do pointless, yet dickish things to other people. Changing the cans of pop in the vending machine for example....
If it has lights, I will break them. Especially if I can do it with my character's body.
Every fallout bug I encounter I have to record it.
I have the tendancy to break every object in games that I can find.
Once I broke a bunch of TVs in Deus Ex: Human Revolution in a public area with fire extinguishers, all
those NPCs got scared of it hehe.
Sometimes when I play TF2 I tell my team there's a Spy disguised as me, then act really suspiciously around them and run away when they attack me.
I pretended to be a taxi driver in Need For Speed:Underground 2.
Oh no, only 11 hours into the first Mass Effect and I already have 105 saves
In Metro 2033 I have to keep my flashlight fully charged and my pneumatic weapons fully pressurized ALL THE TIME. It's unacceptable if it goes under 50%.
