You are like me, i eat unhealthy food and stuff and i'm really underweight.
i want this :smith:
You guys are lucky. I don't eat alot, I drink primarily water and diet soda, and I still weigh ~250 @ 6'1". I'm 19 by the way.
I was like this once. Then I got put on medication, which raped my metabolism to the point where it pretty much stopped for awhile. I'm not on medication anymore but I'm still overweight.
Ya I don't get fat ether but I do have a little belly when I sit down though.
I got a gut, but no matter how much i eat or how much i lose It stays the same
Okay for all you over/underweights FPers, I have only one thing to advise: Start working out. and by workout out I don't mean pussy shit like push-ups or sit-ups, fuck that. Go to the gym or buy yourself Gym equipment.

Weight is not a direct connection to bad health. Some people are meant to be chubby, others are meant to be thin as fuck. Bad health is caused by bad food and bad exercise. Just because you're thin doesn't mean that what little you got is healthy, you can suffer from lack of all sorts of vitamins and have way too much fat and way too little muscles. Also it's puberty, it's normal to eat a lot and gain jack shit, a lot of people have become really fat after puberty because they've gotten a really bad eating habit when they were in puberty and kept it afterwards.
I don't give a shit, seriously. The bigger "health" problem I have and will ever have is poor stamina, weak strength, and not a really advantaging body (not a lot of ladies are interested in seeing someone's ribcage all the time), and that's it. I won't, and can't change shit about this. And I'll still have less problems than a fatty.
Your metabolism will probably slow down when you're around 30. Having to watch what you eat is going to be a bitch when you're used to be able to eat whatever you want. Also, even if you're not fat, you can still get all kinds of problems from bad diet. [editline]24th January 2011[/editline] And you can change, you might just not want to. [editline]24th January 2011[/editline]
Sure, if you want to stay dwarf.
Sure, if you want to stay dwarf. I was 6'0 when I started and am 6'1 now. Go do some research before trying to prove someone who knows better than you wrong please. [editline]24th January 2011[/editline] yep, now go ahead a rate me dumb wow you sure showed me
Sure, if you want to stay dwarf. You do know that if you start lifting weights to early that you'll stop growing, right?
Oh shit.
I eat regulary only 4 days, it's because of my tourettes. So my doctor told me to eat like a whale on the days I could eat so now I got an eating disorder so fuck this.
I recognize this, I've been trying to gain weight for a long time. I worked out and ate like a fucking horse but almost nothing happened... I know, someone will say 'LOL eat even more' but still, if I have to eat even more than I did back then, it's not even worth it. When I get older I guess it'll change.

After that you won't get any gains from them.
Gym's are a waste of time/money. Most of the equipment there just simulates basic exercises you could otherwise be doing at home, for free.
How the hell are you going to do shit like bench press at home?
Well to be fair I have a bench press + dumbells for curls, my point is in the long run you'll save more money by just getting the basic equipment such as the above and finding substitutes for other things. I see people at gyms using treadmills and I can't help wonder why they aren't saving money by just running outside for free?

They're doing it for convenience.
Trust me, this sort of metabolism rocks but it doesn't help that much. The worst mistake you can make is thinking that skinny equals fit or healthy. If you haven't already tried curry I recommend it, either Tikka Masala or Massaman, they both taste great and are full of protien. Trust me, I'm speaking from experience.
I'm guessing it's the same reason people buy bottled water when they can just drink tap water for cheaper. For most people, a bench, barbell and dumbbell should be enough.
I have a feeling this may change when you get older, OP. I'm 20 years old and last I checked I weight about 12 stone, and that's eating fairly badly and no experience. That's 168 pounds for the Atlantically challenged.
both pounds and stones are retarded ways of measuring anything use metric.
