I never got the idea that breaking a piece of wood with hair and feathers in it would be all that difficult.
yeah lol
I just realized that Tom Felton, the dude who plays Draco is having a part in the Planet of the Apes.
He plays a dicksauce in that movie as well.
I would like everyone to share facts about the series that they feel other fans might not know: For example the slug scene in CoS the slug trails were very sweet and Rupert Grint was told off for licking it Daniel Radcliffe got through 80 prop wands throughout the filming of the 8 films
Didn't Daniel want to keep the egg prop that was used in the goblet of fire, and even brought it home?
Why did they have to cut this :smith: ? [thumb]http://i276.photobucket.com/albums/kk18/decarus427/DH2/battle%20begins/storyhigh39.png[/thumb] [thumb]http://i276.photobucket.com/albums/kk18/decarus427/DH2/battle%20begins/storyhigh38.png[/thumb]
Saw this today. I loved the [sp]fetus[/sp].

Disappointing
I was reading about the Horcrux's and the first film is actually set in 1991 according to the Wikia. Philosophers Stone - 1991 - 1992 Chamber of Secrets - 1992 - 1993 Prisoner of Azkaban - 1993 - 1994 Goblet of Fire - 1994 - 1995 Order of the Phoenix - 1995 - 1996 Half-Blood Prince - 1996 - 1997 Deathly Hallows - 1997 - 1998 I also never realised it before, I guess I just presumed that it was set in modern day.
The books take place from 1981-2017 (First chapter of PS to epilogue of DH) The movies however are based around the present day (when they were released[except DH part 2])
Found this, thought everyone's reaction was pretty interesting. http://www.cosforums.com/archive/index.php/t-67338.html [editline]21st July 2011[/editline] hahahaha.
Also, Harry is NOT, never was, never will be an Horcrux. Just read the end of chapter 37 at OotP, one of the last pages of the chapter. There says that Harry have a Power that saved him from Voldemort because LV couldn't resist being in a body that is full of a power that LV hates. (Love).
Majority must have felt really stupid when the last book arrived

Saw it yesterday with 7 others, was a blast. Specially loved the bridge scene with the Snatchers. :D [editline]21st July 2011[/editline] Gotta say though, my friend was really disappointed in the [sp]Limbo scene where Harry was naked in the book[/sp], he really looked forward to it.
Saw this today. I loved the [sp]fetus[/sp].
It actually was really well done, the [sp]fetus[/sp], exactly how i imagined it.
I thought it was a pretty good movie and an excellent way to close the octology, although I thought the [sp]sex scene with Dumbledore and Snape[/sp] was a bit out of place and was clearly done for fan-service.

When Harry jumped from Hagrids arms at the end and looked at Voldemort, did anyone else think he had a "Problem?" face on? I don't know, something about his grin.
[sp]When Harry jumped from Hagrids arms at the end and looked at Voldemort, did anyone else think he had a "Problem?" face on? I don't know, something about his grin.
[/sp] Fixed.
I quite enjoyed the movie today, it helped watching the last movie the night before to refresh my memory of the story. I was surprised at how little people were there though, apart from me and my friend, there was about 5 other people...

I also was suprised about how little people were there, although I did watch it Monday lunchtime... so maybe everyone was busy at work and school. Im not complaining, at least I didn't have noisy kids infront of me like I do sometimes in a busy cinema
Okay quick question. And I'm not spoiler tagging anything because if you haven't read the book then you suck. So Voldermort wants to create 7 horcruxes. And yes there are 7 of them. But he doesn't know that Harry is a horcrux. In Voldemorts mind he only has 6. What the fuck happened there? There's Harry, Nagini, the ring, the diadem, the cup, the diary and the necklass. Even the Harry Potter wiki page on horcruxes doesn't explain it.
He had no intentions in making Harry as his Horcurx?

So there are 6 horcruxes, then the 7th pieces still inside voldemort. So if this is correct, voldemorts soul was split into 8 pieces. [/sp] Just my idea, not saying its fact or anything [editline]22nd July 2011[/editline]
He had no intentions in making Harry as his Horcurx?
No. You create a horcrux by killing someone. He wanted to kill the potters, then plant the horcrux into somthing. So yes, killing harry was a way of making a horcrux, but not in [sp] harry himself [/sp] By nearly destroying himself, voldemort accidently made [sp] harry the horcrux[/sp] Then...[sp] Voldemort, unaware of this, "completed" his collection of Horcruxes by turning his snake Nagini into one [/sp] Source: My own knowledge and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magical_objects_in_Harry_Potter#Horcruxes

Snip Didn't see the above post.
Harry Potter wiki is a great thing to read when bored, clears so much up.
Just came back from watching it today. That scene with the [sp]Voldemort fetus[/sp] will haunt me forever. All in all, fucking loved it. The battles were a little, eh, though.
just saw it, don't know what the big fuss is, i didn't find it to be that good.
The fact that it is officially ending a part of my childhood would be enough, but it kept me entertained for the duration of the film. If a film can do that, it's good by me.
