Just found out my local cinema is screening 'Harry Potter and the deadly marathon' $80 and you get to watch every single Harry Potter movie in a row from 7:30 AM till finally you see The Deathly Hallows Part 2. Also receiving Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Same. Except it's $98 per head instead

[editline]4th July 2011[/editline] Although I can just do it at my house lol
I've seen all the potter films in theathers with the exception of Deathly Hallows Part 1 because I didn't have money. I cannot wait to go to the midnight premiere for Part 2, it will be awesome.
I'd go to the midnight premier if it wasn't that it will be filled with people dressed as Wizards and running around straddling brooms. So I think I'll wait a day or two before going.
Just found out my Birth Wand, I'm ok with this http://www.universalorlando.com/Merchandise/Gift/Ollivanders_Wand_Shop/Harry_Potter/Collectibles/Vine_Collectible_Wand.html
Wow, those wands look cool. I wouldn't mind buying one of those.
pumped for this :D just read the books again
i just bought my tickets to the deathly hallows double feature of part 1&2 back-to-back.
So this is the new Harry Potter? I mean I saw the trailer and needless to say, this one takes the cake as it is the true, SUPER MEGA Harry Potter action film! Hot damn!
anyone seen the harry potter wiki? that shit is intense, jesus i knew the story went deep, but wowwww
Empire theaters built an imax theater and it's opening on July 15th. First showing is this in 3D imax. I don't care much for the 3D but it's really cool to get the full cinematic experience for the final film. Got tickets to the first showing, can't wait for this movie!
anyone seen the harry potter wiki? that shit is intense, jesus i knew the story went deep, but wowwww
I actually listened to the audio books again some months ago, and got totally lost in the wiki. Damn, I still love the whole Harry Potter saga as much as I did when I was a kid.
Just found my old copy of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them By Newt Scamander. I can't find my copy of Quidditch THrough the Age though :ohdear:
No longer will I watch trailers, it gives most of the story away. :(
I cannot wait, oh my god.
The wait is going to kill me!!!
is it considered sad and or nerdy to go to a midnight showing 2 towns away ? : )
Alright, the 7,000th Harry Potter movie is coming
Alright, the 7,000th Harry Potter movie is coming
How can it be the 7000th when there's only 7 books in the series
How can it be the 7000th when there's only 7 books in the series
It was a joke referring to the abnormal amount of Harry Potter movies
It was a joke referring to the abnormal amount of Harry Potter movies
How is it abnormal? 7 books, 8 movies and that's just because Deathly Hallows are split into 2.
My local movie theater is doing a special thing where they're showing Part 1 and 2 back-to-back with part 2 starting at midnight. [editline]5th July 2011[/editline] I thought it was pretty cool.
I'm going to the world premiere in London on the 7th, this will be my 3rd harry potter premiere, can't wait! :D Films gonna be really good too, shame the series has to end...
is it considered sad and or nerdy to go to a midnight showing 2 towns away ? : )
On your own? A bit. But don't fret, put on your robe and wizard hat, find a group of cosplayers there, assume the role of the character they're missing, and the evening is saved.
nah, just found out the midnight screening is on a school night, i have a test the next day :/ just finished hallows again, - the book, its so good.
just finished hallows again, - the book, its so good.
I'm reading it again before the film comes out, about 3/4 done will hopefully finish it before I go to see it in the cinema
I hope the epilogue is better in the movie than the book :colbert:
JESUS MOTHER OF GOD
I don't remember reading the part where Voldemort and Harry jumped off the cliff, was it added just for the movie?
