Still has sodium.
sodium never killed anyone. well it did set one fat chick on fire that was cool.
Still has sodium.
35mg of sodium is like 1% of your daily value
Don't eat junk food. I don't need baconators, candy, and soda shit to keep me alive.
The best rule to become healthy is to whenever you feel that "need snack" feeling you just drink water. Divide your meals to 5 small / day instead of 3 large / day
OP here's a list of foods and beverages that are all incredibly good for you and you just eat fucking heaps of: Beef Chicken/Poultry Turkey herring Fish Vennison/Deer Eggs Fruit Vegetables Cow's Milk (assuming you aren't lactose intolerant) water, plenty of it. And here are heavy carbohydrate sources, that I wouldn't go as far as calling "health foods" but can easily be a part of a healthy diet anyway, personally I think everyone should cut down on their grain intake though: Brown rice Wholegrain pasta steel cut Oats.
Just don't eat out for a few weeks, you'll lose pounds easy that way. I can't tell you anything that you haven't already heard, some stuff I can suggest is egg whites instead of whole eggs (no taste difference) and tofu. Just sprinkle soy sauce or ketchup or dicksauce or whatever floats your boat on the tofu. Tofu absorbs any taste it comes in contact with. It's amazing if made correctly.
No. Horribly misinformed post. Whole eggs are fucking good for you. The fats and cholesterols in whole eggs are dietary fats and dietary cholesterols which actually improve your ability to burn fat and improve your blood cholesterol levels, not to mention help the production of testosterone. The "fat" scare is information that is about 50 years old. Tofu on the other hand or any product high in soya content, is toxic. Soy protein is fucking horrible. Not to mention that Soy protein is redundant, because soy has an inhibitor in it that negates protein digestion, soy also has goitrogens in it, which supress thyroid function. Don't take my word for it: http://charlespoliquin.ca/Guru/soy.php
Don't stop eating, that's only a great way to tear your body apart.
35mg of sodium is like 1% of your daily value
Usually when people drink soda they drink more than one can in a day. And besides, that's a lot of sodium over the course of a year. Every bit helps.
Just fucking doing it, that's how someone gets from a shitty lifestyle to a healthy one. It's really not that hard to drop all that stuff, anyway. At least, for me it wasn't.
Usually when people drink soda they drink more than one can in a day. And besides, that's a lot of sodium over the course of a year. Every bit helps.
I doubt like a few grams of sodium will kill you over the course of a year imho
Stop eating altogether. Better yet, make yourself vomit. :v:
Start out with stop drinking soda it is easy, just replace them with sugary drinks then move on to juice/milk. Also replace candy with a sweet fruit like strawberry's and such. Also if your school has a sports team try out for it, or sign up at your local recreation center if you don't make the team.
Juice has been shown to be just as unhealthy as soda as it usually contains more sugars than soda in the same amount. But for OP, you need to eat a balanced diet with a set number of Calories a day.
Eat unhealthy stuff every once and a while, don't rule it out completely or you'll go nuts. Try to cut out soda as much as possible though.
i drink healthily a gallon jug of tap water all day erry day i eat healthily ramen ~oriental flavor B)~
Stop eating altogether. Better yet, make yourself vomit. :v:
Isn't the solution [img_thumb]hey MY SARCASM-O-METER ISN'T BROKEN[/img_thumb]
i drink healthily a gallon jug of tap water all day erry day i eat healthily ramen ~oriental flavor B)~
Ramen noodles contain almost no nutritional value.
Ramen noodles contain almost no nutritional value.
i take flinstrones vitamins
I doubt like a few grams of sodium will kill you over the course of a year imho
Sodium causes you to retain fluids (which makes you weigh more), and less sodium always better for you.
Ramen noodles contain almost no nutritional value.
But I'm pretty sure it's cancer in a cup. Just like hotdogs are cancer in a penis. But I still like hot dogs, they're gooood.
Sodium causes you to retain fluids (which makes you weigh more), and less sodium always better for you.
Not always, if you're an atheletic person who exercises alot, you'll need to replenish your sodium levels more often for proper neuro-muscular function among other things.
