they're all M30s, just airfilter that's different.

they even come like this, just not in the E12 or E28
I rarely ride my bike without a helmet, but when I do, I'm reminded know fucking loud it is. Aint no Japanese 500 got any business making this much wonerful crackley noise. I'd say it sounds like a sportster 883 running on nitrous and thermite while being fucked by a bear.
I like the Mazda RX-8's dashboard. It has a nice GPS screen that folds away when not in use.
First generation Mazda 3s had a small storage compartment on top of the dash above the radio. A lot of people have put in tablets there.
This is a Mazda6, but same concept:

Not true, there were several fuel injected engines
40 hours is 5 days full time.
4 for me. :v:
If I had a less mind numbing job, I wouldn't mind working 4 10s at all.
I loved working 4 10s as a PC tech. Doing it as phone help desk makes me hate my job.
No more riding my motorcycle in 110 degree heat. Bout had a fucking heat stroke.
one time I was out riding with a 130+ degree heat index for 15 hours straight it was miserable I had the worst sunburn all my clothes were completely soaked through with sweat I smelled like a butthole and at the end of the day I was too tired and sore to move
Not true, there were several fuel injected engines
yeah but not motronic 1.3.
they came with at most 1.1, and some e24s had 1.3.
also the plastic bit on the air sensor of whatever kind i dont remember is E32/E34.
the fuel injected E28s looked like this
[t]http://www.hiperformancestore.com/images/clip_image004.jpg[/t]
also i've done more than enough m30 specific research to know what they came in and how.
I did do the m30 swap in my e30 after all.

I was only riding for an hour. It's 85% humidity outside right now so no matter how fast I went, I was still hot as fuck.
I might give Automation a try, i want to try recreating my Golfs engine
It's pretty damn fun to throw parts on engines you know and see what, in theory, they can do.
Once made a 1000 or so HP 301 Pontiac engine before an update wiped out all my saves, was awesome sounding too.
V/flat 6/12, and cylinder angles are still in the works while the game is more or less stabilized for full release.
Imma make my engine once the V6 and cylinder angles drop, so what I can theoretically make it do.

I'd love to work 4/10s. Lately its been more like 4/12s
I work 52 hour weeks with one day off.
No job straight to over standard hours, this might kill me
$$$
I quit my job because my boss was treating me like shit, even though I was the best employee. Most sales, most returning customers, most repair jobs done, the works.
This means that I am my parents bitch again though.
Alright guys, I'm just fucking tired of this issue and have never found a way to fix it.
For the past 25K miles my car has had a very noticeable vibration whenever the torque converter locks up. Now, this is a known problem for Chargers, because of the NAG-1 transmission from Mercedes that is insanely picky about the water levels in the tranny fluid, a 0.05% contamination will make the TC slip. I have flushed the tranny 3 times since it's started happening, replaced gaskets, put TC fix it in, which actually helped, but I only think it helped because it made it stock locking up. The TC locks up from 20mph up. Which is where second gear kicks in.
You can prevent lockup by putting the car in autostick, and now I'm starting to notice a very very slight vibration (it's 100x worse when it's in drive) when autostick in engaged and the car is between 1200-2100rpm.
When the TC locks up and MDS (turns off half the cylinders in the engine) kicks in and you're in second gear or any gear above it, it's a very noticeable vibration. When going 20mph and coasting to 15mph (where the car will shift back into first) it vibrates violently until it shifts down.
After the transmission has warmed up for about 30 miles later, it's not as noticeable, but I mean like 25% less than usual, so I notice it a lot. I've just been driving around in autostick because it annoys the living shit out of me, especially when slowing down to turn, it's embarrassing (even though I have no idea if you can even notice it from the outside of the vehicle).
And for the last 25K miles I've been noticing more hesitation from the throttle, like the torque converter takes a little longer to stall or something. There's also more resistance when rolling up a hill with no throttle.
I've read lots of posts that had many different fixes that go as follows:
- Transmission Rebuild | Worked for a few, not all
- Shift Kit | Worked for one guy
- Changed timing chain | ??? Worked but I have no idea how that helped, it doesn't do it in idle
- New torque converter | Multiple people said it worked, then later came back about 5K later
- TCM Flash | Dealer says my controller is up to date
- Diff Oil in the trans | Worked for most people, worked for me for a while until about 300 miles later, came back
I'm at my wits end with this. It's honestly the only thing about the car I don't like. It's a beautiful machine of unnecessary-ness.
Thanks guys.
just go off the deep end and do a manual swap

Have you changed engine and trans mounts recently?
Also, don't use trans fluid from autozone. You should be using Fuchs trans fluid in an MB transmission, and yeah I do know how expensive that is, but MB transmissions are very picky about fluids.
Is the trans throwing any fault codes? When was the last time the conductor plate was changed?
No more riding my motorcycle in 110 degree heat. Bout had a fucking heat stroke.
I drove back from Myrtle Beach today (105° on 501) without A/C and high humidity. Sitting in traffic on 544 sucked massive dick.

I had the same issue with my NAG-1 when I first got the car. For me, I just drove completely in autostick around town and I haven't had an issue out of it all winter long. The biggest thing I noticed with it is that it shifts down to Second and gets stuck there if I'm in drive and the rpm gets low but it doesn't downshift (such as for me on the V6 doing about 35 in between 2nd and third at about 2k rmp). If I put it in second manual and drive over to about 3k, it will shift fine.
For me, I just put up with it and learned the ways around the annoyance of the TC and I've not had an issue with it for months.
[editline]16th June 2015[/editline]
But, I also noticed it predominantly during the time of my head work getting done, so it might have been related to the dropped cylinder for me; I don't know.

I really need to find a place that sells name brand ATF+4 and not the O'Reillys shit.
No, I've never had a trans code popup, which is a little unsettling.
Conductor plate? Is that the thing that sits on the valve body? I've lightly thought about replacing the valve body, but yeah.
Also:
The car already had the new style dipstick O-ring on it, but I replaced it anyway 2 weeks ago when I flushed the trans, still no difference, in fact, maybe even worse.
So I installed a new Walbro 255 a month ago, starts whining like crazy and my car starts bucking, i limp into a gas station and take out the fuel pump; the sock is completely fucking clogged with black particulate the size of peppercorns. Like, what the fuck. The old fuel sock of 5 years was completely clean. Brake cleanered the shit out of the sock and pump (sock is still full of bullshit) and managed to get home, seems fine. I don't have a fuel pressure gauge so I dunno if I'm getting correct fuel.
$450 to drop the tank from my 02 wrx and clean it. You literally have to drop the rear diff and subframe AGHGgh. Is there a better way to clean out the tank? I looked down into the tank, I could see black powder shit (not goo or tar) sitting at the bottom, like a gas station's hose just started seppuku. Last time I filled up was not a big gas station.
[editline]17th June 2015[/editline]
I've tried searching online and I can't find anything about black shit in the gas tank except 80's fuel tank liner and stuff about diesel algae.
Hey fellas, i dunno if this is the right place for this sort of question but i'm looking into getting a scooter or moped and i wanted some advice and recommendations. I'd rather something fairly cheap as well, i don't make much and just need something to get me the four miles to work and four back withiut blowing up. Any help would be awesome.

youre probably right on with the hose. You might wanna go back to that station and confirm that by getting gas in a little gas can or something.
[editline]16th June 2015[/editline]
That or there is some serious contamination of the gas at the station.
Regardless, its more than likely the gas stations fault your pump almost became an hero.

Twin carb model.
My radio antenna motor failed and I have no idea what the problem entails because I haven't checked it out yet. Also, one of my hardtop latch screws went missing so I need to buy a new pair, and my driverside window washer fluid sprayer is clogged or otherwise malfunctioning.
tl;dr 22 year old car is 22 years old.
On a happier note, I placed an order for a brand new softtop about a week ago. It's super nice, looking forward to picking up the roadster life once again.
Heya Serj figured out my oil pressure problem someone hooked the wire up to the electric choke.
In other news its running but incredibly rich and I dont know why

Pop the carb off. Look at your jets. Also check the accelerayor pump diaphragm and make sure its not leaking. Rebuild the while thing while your at it. What model carb does it have? Hopegully not something complex like a thermoquad.
Can I sue the gas station I got it from if i go get gas from the same pump and it's full of shit?

do you have as much time and money as an oil company?

It's been a long few days! Got back from Slamology on Sunday night then yesterday hit the grind hard again at home. Today I went back to work and started the full-week project of an Illusion Audio / Mosconi setup in a 2014 Vette Convertible! Came home and had to keep hammering on some fiberglass door pods and boxes for another custom install on Sunday. And mow lawn.
Can I have some extra hours for my day, please? lol.
I got the stainless pipe in for the new takeyari on my daily, but dunno when the heck I'm gonne get time to do it.
