Wet sanding!

Then it took me an hour to polish just the left side of the hood ridge here. See the area on the left where it's shiny, and then on the right where it looks like wet sanded junk? That's because it took a long time. I need to go buy a different compound, and a foam buffer, the setup I got is gonna take a year to do the whole car.

We also decided on the graphics for it, we'll be making a more pronounced Dart "Hang10" stripe, which was a car available I think in 74-76 Dart Sports that had surfer styling - multicolored seats, red and white vinyl, sunroof, and the rear seat folded down so you could get your whole board in it bruh! Look the car up, wildest interior ever.
But just making a thicker version of this, in white, with the waves filled in, and minus the surfer. And next to the last wave will be a 318 call out.

Supposedly on the Charger forums, a lot of AWD 3.5 guys and even some of the 3.6 AWD guys enjoy it in their Chargers. If it had a bit firmer suspension or the suspension was dropped down about an inch back to factory RWD, I'd probably find it a bit more enjoyable. The car doesn't take corners bad, but it doesn't take them amazingly either. It is nice being able to stay in First and just have the most torque available I'd assume.
I don't know man. My Charger is a corner carver for how big it is. Not sure what the suspension difference is between the V6 and the V8 is. But I also have a police package, so basically a stripped Daytona.
Anyone here into r/c planes?
Resident expert here, fuck do you want.

IIRC, the 6 and 8s use the same chassis, aside from the SRT models. My difference is with AWD, it's a very similar package, but uses the S-class AWD package which has 1/2" to 1" lift in the shocks which makes it a little taller, thus more roll. Again, not a terrible car at all for cornering, especially the size. I can generally do 35 to 55 around most corners that aren't complete 90° turns in the city, but you can hear the tires not liking it after a few turns too many.

I was refering to my 68 New Yorker just for the comedic effect ant to see what it will actually do.
Why not? At worst, you'll make some new friends from the trolls of the autocross as they snicker at the guys having to reset every corner from where you knocked over every cone. At best, you'll be massively more impressed with your car because it did a lot better than you thought.

I work for a living to fix and fly mine. Whats the difference?
I just bought a 7x16' enclosed trailer to house all my planes and travel in, have all 50+ cc planes. Except for electrics that I mainly rent out to people to fly.
[editline]ijghfnh[/editline] I normally don't like being this way, but being a guy that works at a hobby ship just makes you a entitled shit. FFS all I know he might work at a Hobby Town.
uguhuguhguhuguh But everytime I've been to a "big box store" the young people behind the counter know NOTHING about a airplane and try to sale you a fucking cub even tho your expertise level can take that cub with only a rudder and elevators and fly it upside down and fly around like that.
I don't get aggravated very easy and Im just gonna drop it here, I enjoy what I do and how I do it. Might it be 3D to just plain ol' full scale flying with 150cc monsters...
I work on an airplane where I fix hobby shops. I am the expert. Get on my level. Also Sally check your PMs, you have schmexy nudez in der.

The fact the window rolled down was amazing alone usually it takes a couple tries.
That paint looks like it will clean up as is?
Also where is your carb pissing fuel? Out the vent? Your float may be stuck.
Also, this is a terrible video, and not informative, but I found it in my search for what I was doing....
The joke is 30 seconds in. That's where it starts. I hope I don't have to use red circles.

On the line in,the clamp has zero pressure on it and its one of those snap ones.
the paint is actually falling off the car and there are some rust spots that while hidden I want to take care of.

JFC. 5:30 in.. "Turned out pretty good..."
Even Helen Keller would know that that is a gaudy tacky piece of crap.
Shitty as fuck video
Looks like that guy frequents that aisle of autozone. He also managed to do a worse job than the one that was done on my Benz. Serj, you should just make a vid because you clearly have some idea as to what the hell you are doing compared to these numb nuts.
I got a job at a really fancy golf course (six figure a year membership fee), I did my first day today doing mostly valet parking. I parked about 15 different tahoes/suburbans, a few BMW SUVs, a new Mercedes Convertible. I had to back an F350 super duty diesel into a tiny spot and wedge a Q7 TDI between some new jeep Wranglers.
I am really good at backing up huge cars apparently.
The day was going pretty slow so I was the only person at the valet desk. It was that moment that a motherfucking god damn sexy Ferrari 458 Spider pulls up. You bet I parked the shit out of that thing (seriously, I didn't race it or anything the guy was staring at me. I wouldn't have regardless). I don't know how I did it, but I acted like it was any normal car, got in, did the weird start up procedure I must have learned from Top Gear (RIP) or something. Key in, turn key, foot on brake, press engine start, flick right paddle once for drive, click "R" button between Race mode and launch control or something to engage reverse, park it. Hold brake, turn off car to engage park. Once I was out, it finally hit me that I just drove a car worth at least a quarter of a million dollars, if not 300 grand. I got all fucking giddy and I took a few pics of the inside (golf club policy says no phones allowed but if you keep it lowkey it's fine). God, the engine note from starting that car was just orgasmic.
I am 17, this is my first day at my first paid job, the nicest car I have driven is probably a new Prius, and I just drove the last naturally aspirated Ferrari model.
Life is good.
I get nervous pulling things that cost less than my Acura into a gigantic garage door to work on them, you have a gift :v:
how should I go about investigating a loud scraping noise produced by left turns towards the rear-right of my vehicle when carrying more than 2 passengers? seems like some sort of suspension problem with the rear-right wheel but I'm not sure where to start.
See if you can reproduce the sound in a parking lot with only you by bouncing in your seat while turning.

Probably tire hitting the fender well/liner or something. Jack up the left front of the vehicle to compress opposite side like the right rear.
This is why I have a gopro facing backwards :v:
