We have NO idea what colour to choose....we want something that stands out. Like Kawasaki Green perhaps? If you have a suggestion let me know
Maybe Java Green? Tasty shade of green. [t]http://i.imgur.com/ERa0hUS.jpg[/t] [t]http://www.daidegasforum.com/images/18/bmw-m3-e92-java-green-2.jpg[/t]
Don't knock the Sebring, man! I learned to drive on one of those and loved having a cheap convertible as my first car! Just... ignore the knock within a year....
that tickling feeling of suppressed panic while you consider that you might have to call 911 and end up explaining what happened to your colleagues "nope, nope, I'm just going to die here"
Calling 911 never crossed my mind. The pain was bad, but not 911 bad. Pain scale looked like a standard deviation curve

If you guys were buying a car off of Craigslist and the sell had you and another person both come and look at it, how would that make you feel?

On lookout for new car, 2006-2008 BMW 3 series or 5 series. Was told to stay away from 2006-2008 3 series as there is a whole line of known problems with them. Are there any common problems on 5 series?
And you haven't wifed her... because...?
Because I'm fat, ugly and pathetic. [editline]26th July 2015[/editline] Also she started last monday, so I haven't even known her for a week yet :v:
I would totally get a E9 if I could Just look at that sexy beast
So yesterday my roomie and best friend drove his 95 Maxima through a road-bound lake and drowned it a bit, thankfully once the car went to choke out he just turned it off. Had he not done so the engine would be toast. I know it's not because I drained the intake and cylinders of 98% of the water that it had in it, checked the oil (good), and confirmed nothing was compression damaged. The only thing that really worried me was 2 for sure, 3 maybe cylinders would not give a compression reading on my tester and once everything was back together enough to try and run it, gave the sound of a broken timing belt or jumped timing. Not possible, as all the timing stuff is new and it's a chain. So I sprayed some gas in the intake along with a little bit of WD-40 and cranked it till it started to fire, and once it did ALOT of water came out of the exhaust. Thank god this car still runs as I work 52 hours a week and I can't handle taking both of my roommates to and from work till the car gets fixed or replaced. Another "Oh Shit" thought was there have been at least6 cars to come into the shop in the last few weeks which have been drowned and only 2 of them could be saved, even the insurance people were surprised the cars didn't have to be totaled.

As for the week bit, that's plenty of time! Marriages have lasted longer on less! (Well... we're counting arranged marriages, right?)

Drive car far too angrily and quickly yesterday. Air conditioning started acting funny(only a trickle of air out the vents and hissing somewhere inside the dash) and this morning the battery was dead. Related? I didn't leave any lights on or doors open.

Put in my new radiator for the second time, went much more smooth
Final update--- Put everything back together without a hitch (which is worrisome). New axle nut was hard to get on and I torqued it to whatever my bodyweight is standing on the 1.5 foot breaker bar

Got 3/4 of the way to the end and I put my hand down on the plastic bit next to my shifter to adjust something and it was warm to the touch. Somehow, I don't think my car likes the paper route like my old Freestyle did.
Put in my new radiator for the second time, went much more smooth
Don't feel bad, I pop my radiator out and replace it about every 6 months. That's how long it takes the scale from the block to plug it up, which is why I have a second engine waiting to be rebuilt.
When my voltage regulator in my alternator went out, apparently it must have fried my radiator fan, because it doesn't work anymore, and my car overheats now.
found this fucker in the dirt today [thumb]http://imgkk.com/i/zslp.jpg[/thumb] [thumb]http://imgkk.com/i/f_w6.jpg[/thumb] this thing came out of something real big
