My LSD has nearly put me into serious trouble
not for me, friend wants to get it I'm like "you sure bro?" and he's all "FUCK YEA CROWN VIC" he's just looking for the history report, can't find any free ones anymore :( [editline]31st July 2015[/editline] http://washingtondc.craigslist.org/nva/cto/5106039362.html CL listing
Looks pretty nice, if it has good gears and a traklok id probably pay 3500 for it. Also im pretty sure my vin starts with 2fab because it was after the model number changed from p71 to p7b.

CVPI's do not have carpet. [editline]31st July 2015[/editline] Also squad car has had the check engine light on for the month. Maintenance just ignored it completely so I guess its nbd until a rod gets thrown (and I get in trouble or some shit)

Can't you just take one of the thousands of spares out of the back lot or something?
I need to access the vast knowledge of a diesel truck guy. Im gonna get my grandpas diesel f250 xlt when i get some more room for it, and im trying to figure some stuff out for it. Its probably 1997, i have the vin number, but cant look it up right now, i asked my uncle what engine it had and he said "the big one". I looked under the hood, and theres no turbo, so does that mean its the 7.3 International IDI, or was there a powerstroke with a naturally aspirated option? From what i can tell from mild research on my tiny phone is that the IDI wasnt available that year. I can post pics if anyome wants them, but that is a bit of a pita right now.

I like the trucks (although wholly under powered)... I dont want to change because then I'd have to get everything just right again

The Powerstroke switch was mid year 1994, which is when the IDI was no longer offered after that.

Im gonna be a diesel guy soon. Whats the correct manly equivelent of a squeal of excitement? [editline]31st July 2015[/editline] Shit, its actually probably the 6.9l

Either way, it'll make an excellent truck. I love my '84 Detroit. Excellent fuel mileage, power, moddability, etc. And the 6.9/7.3 IDI's are on the same boat.
Got my magnabro put on, then went and failed inspection today due to high CO. going to play parts replacer and pray its just the O2
So if anyone wants a granny driven (as old lady original owner) 96k mile Acura Integra for 3 grand come on down to Florida, be careful, it's been raining ALOT lately. Get to sacrifice $70 bux to the car gods.
Jesus Christ I want this: [t]http://finncdn.no/mmo/2015/7/vertical-3/10/8/615/506/28_1106468377_xl.jpg[/t] It's 8000 NOK and not that insanely far away. And of course it's like 20 days until I get paid again

My current had rubber mat because it was a caged burlingame police car. The other two were a K9 and sarge's cars respectively Looks like this one has cage partition marks though??? Insofar as the Vic goes, bring a scan tool and pull codes, and get it up to a good speed on the freeway, so long as it looks and sounds mechanically sound I'd go for it, good price and fucking ace condition
Twist.. I pm'd you on that old Teggy, roommate might be interested. Speaking of new cars, he's also looking at a different 318ti BMW now. Other one fell through :( This new one is it Florida, Pompano Beach, that is. Anyone near that area? All I know about Pompano is that some rapper named Choo Choo lives there.
http://gulfport.craigslist.org/cto/5131847725.html someone loan me $3000
spanker alert paint match on the hood's p bad too, also why would you EVER put a chrome spotlight on a cvpi
I can never find one that's both blacked out and has the push bar, for some reason that combo just doesn't exist in my area plus cb and a dash cam already installed
Alls I know about Pompano Beach is that when there are no storms, it's a fucking awesome area to chill and fuck off like people do at the beach. I'm on the west side of florida, in Pasco, where hookers, bathsalts, spice and pill heads are fucking rampant. Don't forget shitty roads (less as of late, shits getting fixed to my surprise), bad/unlicensed/drunk/crazy/ancient days of yore old drivers, ticket happy cops, really dumb rednecks (the obvious bad kind) and more recently, flooding, because fuck having any kind of real water run off or properly maintained storm drain systems. / IhatemycityandwouldratherbeinJapanrant Yeah clutch, bring your buddy down in the Corolabortion or NSX, we can talk car stuff and I can show you the AccorDOOM and how badly everything matches. :v:
I can repaint the spotlight
I can never find one that's both blacked out and has the push bar, for some reason that combo just doesn't exist in my area plus cb and a dash cam already installed
just pick up a black one and install the PB yourself, I'm not much of a big mechanic or gearhead and it's about a 4-6 hour job for me I'm always extremely suspicious mechanically of spanked out crown vics, the ones I went to go test drive that had the PB on with all kinds of lights and aftermarket radios and shit always turned out to be the ones with blacked out check engine lights, airbag lights, and brake warning lights, and always sounded like a sick dog when driving also looks like he might have blacked out the taillights
it's way cheaper to buy a car that already has the push bar and then I don't have to spend an hour or 3 in Biloxi's 110 degree day trying to bolt some extra metal to my car [editline]1st August 2015[/editline] I have a scanner, I'll find any code it's throwing. I didn't notice the blacked out tail lights before, but it's really hard to tell from that picture. I'd have to see it in person (I won't, I don't have $3000) in any case I'm sure it's safer and more mechanically sound than most of my cars. I've bought a whole bunch of cars for $500 or less just to bomb down dirt roads and I can tell you some of those things are sketchy as hell

And i made 2 mounts for my pb, but got too lazy to build the other 2 so its a little floppy. It fits with the bedlinerd plywood center console that never got bolted down. When people ask me about that one, i tell them its to make sure everyone is fully dead in the event of a rollover.
Hey, blacking out the taillight works pretty good on vics if you just blackout inside the indented parts, thats what i did with mine.
I have a personal opinion that taillights shouldn't be blacked out at all for safety, and my state has pretty actively enforced laws against them
with a 98 lesabre, do you think it would be possible to swap the tranny and engine with these [t]http://i.imgur.com/4E1xoZe.png[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/5rCNI10.png[/t] ?
So Im the self proclaimed manager for the fp 2015 PES tournanent and as such have decided our bus is being powered by two turbo slants. I need to download the game still, but I know nothing of soccer, so I need some coaches and players to make it look like I know whay im doing so I can reap all the credit. I will give you $30m/year in pretend money to coach. But im pretty sure Ill have us throwing touchdowns and getting holes in one in no time!
What are your thoughts on a 2000ish Dodge Dakota SLT quad cab? There's one on my street for $2900.
