Rather late, but in my car I can feel the encoder clicks under my foot on the fly-by-wire throttle.

There's not really any delay on it
My new wheels finally arrived.

So I decided to swap the chrome grill on my Volvo out with one I painted.

I think it looks way better
Try not to come back with too much cool JDM stuffs, I plan to roadtrip a couple days down to socal to visit Hmotorsonline someday. I'd rather pack a truck with a few motors and save the shipping. I've always wanted a F20B H2B swapped daily and a couple spare B20's, stuff is so cheap that you could make money just selling it locally.
I'd see if they have any CTR/DC5 ITR stuff that you can put on your car like suspension, usually they sell it dirt cheap because people don't want suspension that doesn't slam your car.
Said hes got a few sway bars and has a Gruppe M short ram ep3 intake I thonk he called it? He wants to sell me for 200 bucks and it retails like 900-1000? Not to sure if I want it or not.
There's a nail in my tire :(
Goddam carpenters and construction workers man
And this cunt honked at me trying to back out of a spot between a navigator and an armada. Bitch, put your phone down and you might have seen me inching out blind.
Instant road rage.
My sister has crashed my car for the third time.
I wish she had her own car. My hood, lights, and bumper are fucked. I really like my 2000 Nissan Sentra.
The third time better be the last time.
Still drives like a trooper though.
Still drives like a trooper though.
So like she's maneuvering a Humvee through mortar fire?
So like she's maneuvering a Humvee through mortar fire?
The mortar fire in this case is trees, mailboxes, and other cars.
She's paying for it, right?
After the first time, I'd tell her to walk.
The Early-mid 2000s Chrysler NAG-1s are based of the 4G while a 'Chrysler' equivalent is present in most base-model cars for the Chrysler lineups. The NAG-1s are about as reliable and a lot more smooth being they use the clutch packs for the sifts a little more to ease the transitions and use a very slightly smaller ratio in the gears before adding a fifth one on top of it. It took me by surprise the first few times I put it in 1st just to see how far it redlined and then realized I was doing 55 already with a little climb left.
For us, though, 2nd has a sharp drop off in power before going up to about 75. Third is impressive that it keeps decent power throughout its range and using just 3rd you can go as low as 30 and I guess in the 90s on the high range.
The NAG-1, also known as 5G-Tronic, W5A80, 722.6xx (I'm gonna call it 5G-Tronic because that's easier) is not based on the 4G-Tronic. The 722.5 was what you are referring to.
The 722.5
- The 4G-Tronic does not have any overdrive gearing, so the 722.5 has an electronically controlled overdrive, but the rest of the transmission is hydraulically controlled and features a bowden cable just as the 722.3. The 722.5 was used until 1999 in some cars (not anything Chrysler) when it was phased out by the 5G-Tronic (you can tell the difference by the availability of slapshift on the 5G cars).
The 722.6 (5G-Tronic)
Used in all Benzes from 1999 until 2013. This transmission is electrically controlled via a conductor plate within the transmission that controls the solenoids and other stuff. The 722.6 is a completely different animal from the 4G-Tronic and 722.5.
Also the 4G tronic has clutch packs, but they don't get in the middle of things as much.
The 5G-Tronic (NAG-1/whatever) is not as reliable in the real world as folks are idiots and don't realize that seals fail which causes trans fluid to wick up the lines into the transmission control modules. But I think this isn't an issue on Chrysler products as they relocated the transmission controller.
Learn to read. I'm not fucking saying I shouldn't have to pay at all. I'm saying $50 is a RETARDED amount of money to ask for for 10 seconds worth of work.
Like, I'd gladly slip the guy $5-$10 to either let me use his IDS tool for a few seconds or do it for me, considering it's literally one option that has to be changed. But $50? That's bullshit
They go by shop time. If it takes 6 hours according to the book, you're paying for that 6 hours even if it takes 4 seconds. You don't have a choice, and a mechanic isn't going to hand you his IDS tool, because if you take it or break it, it's his ass not yours. Hell I don't even loan tools to anyone anymore because people kept losing my shit.
If the shop manual or their baseline rate says $50, you have two options, either pay it and have working criuse control, or go pack sand. Personally I would just buy the diagnostic tools, which I did for my car so you can do anything and everything you need.
Also if anyone gets a hold of the Mercedes proprietary plug and software for the 1995-2003 cars, I wanna know.:v:

So this weekend is an import/tuner car show in my town, and I have to say...
...all the really nice well-kept civics make mine look really pathetic T^T
Well, Wisconsin Dells car show weekend, here we go!
I probably would stop talking to my sister for a while.
I laughed at the gif

I love those wheels! Get some lowering springs and that car is gonna look perfect.
I drove a scenic route with my buddy today. It was beautiful. This cruise really confirmed why I love my car and all cars in general. They're what makes you go amazing places sometimes, for no other reason than just enjoying it. I'm glad it's finally summer.

Beautiful~ Can't wait to get my ep3 beautiful enough to show off
So, I came to the realization today, that I'm only a couple of weeks away from having my first vehicle with more than 200k miles on it. I just about broke 197 today for work.

Swaybars, absolutely. Just make sure they come with all the hardware, ect.
The intake, meh. You have the economy base model K series, I wouldn't bother although a stock CTR intake might be cool if they are any different like the DC2 ITR was.
That Sentra frame is torqued.
How did she break the mirror tho
I want to get into hot shot trucking on the side and possibly full time.
I really don't want to be a owner operator, but cant find any company's around me that do this...

[editline]gkhgh[/editline]
I just got done building 4 male trailer 7 way plugs with 6' ends, and 2 female vehicle side with 2' wire ends.
Normally at stores each one of those will run you about ~20-30 on the trailer side and 20$ on the vehicle side. I did mine for about.... 14$ each.
The major issue was finding 7 way wire, I found 6 way for 1.45 a foot but 7way for a astronomical 5.00$ a foot and its not even heavy duty 12ga for tandem axle trailer brakes!
I'm gonna have a electrical junction box on the neck of the trailers to go to a 4way plus powered brakes.
Gonna look really nice. All because Texas made a law for every trailer grossing more than 4,500lbs requires brakes. And it doesn't help that I have mostly 8,000# axles under everything but my airplane trailer...
[editline]ghgh[/editline] Note: All trailers and semitrailers that exceed 4,500 pounds must pass an annual safety inspection (Transportation Code §548.051).
On the bright side... This is giving me alot of work of tossing new axle assemblies under trailers with brakes.... But making me spend money to fix my own shit.......
Did you flip your lid
