Oh ok. This is the engine I was thinking of - like the one in Pissed off Pete.

[t]http://puu.sh/hXb9F/5cce8a7ef2.jpg[/t] look whats finally leaving the shop. God that thing was a pain in the ass to build. Having a competent engineer makes lie way easier, the clown who desigend this was not.

Hopefully you know what I'm talking about.
Reminds me of [thumb]http://pics.imcdb.org/0is259/snapshot20070219003351gg4.4301.jpg[/thumb]
As bad as the customer service is at my local Harley dealer, they think they know why my bike has been suffering from predetonation (the pinging I was talking about forever ago). They're reflashing my ecu now, we'll see how it goes.
Can you tell me how the rearmost portion of those trailers turns the wheels individually? Hopefully you know what I'm talking about.
well we have version that can pivot independent of the deck and is controlled by remote control. If you are talking about the wheels on the same axle its actually not a straight shaft all the way through but an independent hub on each side. [editline]23rd May 2015[/editline] Just realised I didnt even get the full thing in the picture there are still two axles in the back.
Anyone have any experience with Toyota FJ40's? They're a bit harder to find than jeeps, but they look so much better in my opinion.

Is it tied to the steering input? Or doea the driver control it manually? And are they hydraulic?
Replaced my honda fit battery with a garden tractor battery today. They didn't have car batteries small enough to fit the fit.
Replaced my honda fit battery with a garden tractor battery today. They didn't have car batteries small enough to fit the fit.
This is similar to the fate of my 1G CRX's battery.

Some systems they have a guy actually sit back there with his own steering wheel, ours is just with a follower and a hand remote.
Got my license last month on the 28th and I'm looking at cars with the money I have. I found a 2001 Grand Cherokee Limited, I offered him $2,300 (still waiting for a response so I thought I'd ask about it here.) Got a 150k miles, he says he just installed a steering stabilizer and trac bar and the interior is nice and he says the engine runs perfectly. I'll post some pictures below. Worth the price, or should I keep looking?
I'd buy it. Vehicle is worth what, $3000?
Looks like a nice, clean, well kept vehicle with sane owners who havent fucked with it. The grand cherokees are good vehicles, the cherokee is a better off roader but the grand is a good mix of offroad and street. Whats he asking originally? 2500 may even be fair too Mileage is alright with the 5.2L magnum, as is power, they have a decent aftermarket for performance parts but I wouldn't mess with it if its your driver.
He just told me theres one issue, it needs a front left caliper. Is that a big problem?
Not really, I imagine it's a hour-hour and a half of work replacing it, probably a fair bit more if you're having it refurbished.
A set of 4 appears to be around 200 buckaroos but i've never done brake work so idk how much work it is
It's about the same amount of work as a brake job, except they need to bleed the brakes afterwards. Take the wheel off, two bolts on the back, one banjo bolt, install is reverse of removal.
A set of 4 appears to be around 200 buckaroos but i've never done brake work so idk how much work it is
you only need one caliper if it's just one that's broke though.
I'd replace the rotors in sets, but he also needs to fix whatever screwed the rotor up in the first place. [editline]23rd May 2015[/editline] I can't read. Yeah calipers are still easy.
So my local Harley dealer reflashed the ecu. Even though its the same programming, the bk runs so much better and no longer suffers from predet.
What are some good 60s compacts?
Replaced my honda fit battery with a garden tractor battery today.
This is similar to the fate of my 1G CRX's battery.
Why are there no pictures, we definitely need pictures of your 1st gen CRX!
God damn it I need to go see that movie.
I saw in last night. It so fuuuuuuckin goooooooooooooood. Best movie of the year IMO, better than avengers 2.
http://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/cto/5003636857.html Brand new rebuilt engine with 60k miles!* *leaks coolant and oil
What are some good 60s compacts?
nothing with that criteria exists in the united states
So my local Harley dealer reflashed the ecu. Even though its the same programming, the bk runs so much better and no longer suffers from predet.
My uncle has a Harley shop and last time I saw him he was complaining about the 50 different computer tools he needed to buy just to do simple stuff on new Harleys. I'll agree with him, aside from ignition and maybe fuel injection, computers on motorcycles seem pretty superfluous. Nothing wrong with carburetors.
Nothing wrong with carbs in general.
What are some good 60s compacts?
Uhh a beetle I guess?
