oh you'd know! one example would be my ex, damn that came very sudden to me. she sent me a message over facebook, and I didn't even know who she was at the time. just a week later and we slept together, and shortly after we got together. the relationship lasted 1 year and 3 months.
you never know when a girl could pop up into your life. one things for sure, it'll happen naturally and it'll be noticeable.

I do try to be happy without a girl, but it's just ignoring an elephant in the room. It's something that's plagued me for years, but I try to just sweep it under the rug and forget about it.
The reason I started thinking about this was because the other day when I met this one girl, and the most alien thing happened to me: she wanted to meet me. She went out of her way to meet up with me at my school's library (she's a student at another college, so she doesn't have a parking permit). We got along very well, and were both very open about ourselves. I told her things that I still can't admit to others.
But then she said one thing that I can't forget: "[i]It's fun being around with you.[/i]" No one had ever said that to me before. It made me feel like someone actually cares about me. And that's how I started thinking about my loneliness again.
Unfortunately, she already is taken. She wanted to meet me because she wanted to go somewhere with me that very few others want to, so I still want to keep in contact with her. I know she is a dead-end, so I'm not letting myself develop anything for her. I know what happens when you chase a dead-end, and I'm pretty sure that's why it feels so alien for someone to want me.
