I share my birthday with Hadrian. And Caligula died on my birthday.
Oh and found something funny up near the top... "Oh I can block em? Cool. Done. How are you all?" "I'm fine, thanks. :downs:" I wasn't the only one that noticed was I?
I didn't realize how unchallenging Dark Souls 2 was until started playing Demon's Souls
-snip-
If anyone thinks I'll share my birthday with them, they've got another think coming.
Ugh. Did you even get my message, Swog?
Im playing through Demons Souls for a second time after watching like some good vids on it and stuff, the game felt a bit empty my first time through since I'd played like 400 hours of Dark Souls but I'm appreciating it a lot more now and realising the lore is equally deep as Dark Souls etc which I never really picked up on first time. Still not totally sure about all the mechanics but it cool

Probably so. Demons Souls is harder but Dark Souls is my favourite, however the mechanics on Demons Souls are a little bit of a step back in some places so I'd say for that reason alone it's worth getting the grips of Demons Souls first- so you don't feel like you're going backward. All 3 games are great though, and all definitely worth playing. Dark Souls is one of my favourite games of all time
okay, i'll free some time to do that then. just hoping my ps3 doesn't ylod after all these years :v
HA HA HA HA HA
If anyone thinks I'll share my birthday with them, they've got another think coming.
When is your birthday?
i like the method of open world dark souls employs. gives me zelda-ish vibes. i want more games like it.
Yea Dark Souls' level design is amazing. The atmosphere are great as are the visuals, and how it all ties together is just brilliant. All the shortcuts, hidden paths etc its cool as hell. Demons Souls feels like an old school video game cos of its 5 sections all seperate. DSII is kind of a mix of the two I suppose.
yeah DS1's level design was amazing DS2 is pretty good but i'm just not feeling it the way i felt the original
It's not as consisteny and feels less connected. I think the change in director is obvious tbh
