Also, I wish the US would teach both the Imperial and Metric systems of measurement in all public schools. It makes sense that we would be taught foreign languages and learn the histories of other countries, but what about the metric system? I'm not very good with converting feet and miles to meters and kilometers off of the top of my head.

So, I got my wish. Went out dancing last night with a co-worker girlfriend of mine. We both wore high heels, sexily dressed, didn't get drunk! (woo!) and danced my ass off. People kept staring at us.
