Ok, serious questions (that I could never find the answer for):
Why is this word offensive?
Why is it only offensive when said by non black people?
How does the word imply racism at all? My knowledge of racism is "deliberate hatred and discrimination against a certain minority or race of humans", I can't fathom how that can be put into a single word, which even if you mutter accidentally, still makes you racist?

You're from Egypt, so that probably explains why you don't understand. This word, "nigger," has harsh, racial overtones going back centuries in the US. It is offensive because it relates to the days when africans were used as slaves and treated like cattle rather than people. It relates to the objectification and dehumanization of those same slaves, their children, and their children, for countless generations. It relates to the treatment of a people as a subaltern, rather than as equals to the ruling class of the same nation, even for a century and more following the abolition of slavery over here. It is a word used to degrade and humiliate black/african people for their skin color, facial features, their entire being.
It is a racial slur, and although the word might lack meaning to you, it's all about the connection it has to those it is aimed at.
