Oh wow, I didn't even know about that filter. I used to do it the canvas size way but just today I discovered selecting all and then doing Edit>Stroke Selection.

Not really, Steve Jobs made the PC just a bit more user friendly. He worked off the inventions of others, he innovated.

It could be because of calcium deficiency, try popping some calcium and vitamin D pills, see if it helps.
