So I'm working on a new avatar, it's too big to be used as is, but I'm still working on it. Just looking for feedback or advice. I know what I'm going for with the animation, but I can't seem to get it down without it looking wonky... I'm thinking i need to make the animation way more subtle.
The closest I got was:
