And after about 6 hours of work, I finally deleted everything on my booter harddrive, downloaded Windows 8, upgraded to Windows 8.1, and now updating all my drivers. Yayyyyy.

PS4 games usually run at a higher resolution framerate because of the performance differences iirc.

Set yourself a restore point so if you need to delete everything again you won't have to go through all that hard work. They've saved my ass a few times.
I wouldn't of had this issue really had AMD not put up a faulty as shit driver up. :P
I think it actually fucked up one of my GPUs as well.
