Got an erlenmeyer flask as one of the gifts I got for my graduation (also stuffed with some money). A lot more fancier than using a regular glass; though i'm paranoid that i'll break it, considering how often I broke lab glassware :v:
Anyone know if Resident Evil 4 on steam is playable? I've seen some people claim it's really buggy, but that was a while ago.
Whatever happened to Tropsical guy... I miss him.
i always heard equilibrium was good but i never expected it to be that good
But it's.not good its stupid as hell [editline]5th June 2014[/editline]
Speaking of good/great films, I recommend you all watch the original Oldboy. It was pretty weird at first, but it turned into an awesome movie and I honestly suggest you watch it if you want to experiment with foreign films.
oldboy is great but I actually think park chan wooks previous film is better, sympathy for Mr vengeance. Similar themes (first 2 films in a thematic trilogy if revenge) but it is more strikingly directed and has a better story imo with a more interesting lead character as well
think i might take up running if the weather keeps improving
gremlisn 2 is the best mvoie
this really isn't sarcasm btw its perfect [editline]5th June 2014[/editline]
ye its a really fun movie!! [editline]5th June 2014[/editline] a lot better than the first one imo
they work so well together ~_~ but ya i always found the third act of the first movie pretty weak (...or not as good, its still gr8) but the 2nd doesnt have that issue cus it doesnt give af uck
Last several days I've been tired as hell constantly, feels annoying.
I also quit cold turkey with little to no problems other than being grumpy for a few days. I never quite understood why so many millions of people find it so hard, but then it's probably more likely that people like us simply had it easy for some reason.
I'm always quitting, the last cigarette is always the best ;). No but seriously I smoke in moderation (rarely over 10 rollies a day, usually about 5) and I'll be quitting when it no longer becomes useful. I've had 3 agency jobs and known almost every piece of gossip and information I need after 10 mins in the pit.
im reading up on music production because its something ive been interested in a while but havent actually done anything about it. its something i wanna do bt i am so lost. idk what i need. a daw? virtual synthesizer. and a sequencer? i dont really play video games anymore i just want a new hobby and make rap music with my girlfriend
Get Reaper, there's a 60 day free trial and it's pretty easy to learn plus if you want to buy it legit it's only $60. I just downloaded a few VSTs and messed around with them but the best one IMO is called Oatmeal and it's an absolute pain to find.
this new gmail layout sucks

[IMG_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/EtSoyBs.jpg[/IMG_thumb] idk how it happened it just looks that way when i go to the website but it was normal last night?

At least glassware just gets you a frown and a fine, breaking the compound microscopes led to unfortunate consequences every time it happened. :v:
marvel has trademarked the title "rocket raccoon" for a possible standalone rocket movie just wait til katatonic717 hears about this

There isn't a "best" DAW, they all do the same thing just a little bit differently. I will agree that Reaper is a solid choice considering it's price (I personally use Studio One 2). I actually have a good friend that produces Rap music, he uses Logic but again it really comes down to personal preference. See what can get together in terms of free synths and samples. To be honest there is only so much you can do with free material, as a lot of music software is ridiculously expensive. Play around with midi piano rolls and step sequencers, see what works for you.
i get an uncomfortable feeling whenever i see the "would you fuck [x]'s avatar" thread on the forum list
every frame
Anime girl? No thanks
Since I've started psychotherapy I've been feeling a lot better, but I've also noticed how I might not be a prime example of psychical health. I kinda have some weird issues I thought were caused by stress or something, stuff I just shrugged off one way or another.
happy birthday to me!
happy birthday to me!
Hey that's my line :( [editline]5th June 2014[/editline] It's still 3 hours until it's officially my birthday though
happy birthday to me!
Happy Birthday man! Hope you're alright.
I remember my 21st birthday in may, spent it alone with a bottle of bourbon :v: ended it in tears, but not because of the bourbon [editline]5th June 2014[/editline] Happy birthday by the way.
Mine is in a few more days. It doesn't feel like I've changed much at all since I turned 18.
