They downsized almost all of their stores. Manchester used to have the Market Street store which was ridiculously oversized but it's now moved to a much smaller store.

every isp ever has a three strike policy but they almost never use it unless you're torrenting like every movie and video game that has ever existed, they won't even notice you
and they don't monitor every single user's downloading activity all the time or something, that would be absurd, they'll only start to look at you if they have reason
