Restaurant beer? Yeah, it's expensive in every country. But I go to the store down the street and pay 1,70€ (~USD 2,30) for a six pack. Half of that I get back in my pocket for bottle deposit.

Well yeah, if you want a fine lager beer you can dish out a lot of money here as well. I bought a couple cans of imported budweiser from cz in switzerland, and it damn near broke my heart when I saw the fuckin price.
