Im really skinny and I sometimes worry about eating food at all now since I had a blood test last week and the doctors said everything is fine but my glucose levels were sort of high, like prediabetic high, they said if you had anyone in your family who is a diabetic (My mother has Type 2), then it's rather normal if you have a higher glucose level than most people.
Still I'm scared and I'm watching nearly everything I eat and I have began cutting down on portions.
But hell, it's made even worse since I have a very fast metabolism and as a result i've been so goddamn hungry lately, but I still have chest pains sometimes which worry me even more because I never like for family members to have to worry about me

Keep up your portions but cut back on sugars and salts for a while if you're very worried about it. I'd definitely talk to a doctor though.
