How far back in time can a human travel without being poisoned by Earth's atmosphere? I know that like 300 million years ago there was a hell of a lot more oxygen but would that be too much for a person?

Put it this way, O2 toxicity begins to manifest at 50% of O2 fraction in a sample of air. You'll probably be needing a closed-circuit system to breathe without suffering oxygen poisoning.

probably a maximum of 7 years. the ozones destruction combined with our pollution reduces the percentage of oxygen in our atmosphere by 3% each year. going back 7 years means we are taking in 21% more oxygen and this means our lungs will explode. they have literally shrunk to cope with the reduced oxygen but the nodes have become more condensed to allow intake. its an evolutionary trait taken on from when or ancestors that survived the meteor that wiped out the dinosaurs developed to survive the impact on the atmosphere it had. mindblowing stuff. dont time travel.
