What's wrong with the power supply at this hour of the night? this is the 4th time it's gone and gotten cut off for around 5-10 minutes at a time, though the electricity board, when applied to, have no idea of what's going on.

I had $1.30 in my steam wallet, sold some cards+ one tf2 item I never use and now I have $3.20. I'm currently planning on saving it to buy a tf2 key to get one of the new taunts, or maybe take a look around the store and wait until the summer sales are up.
