Story is I got given a GT-I9001 of some ex-classmate (semester is over), now yesterday his SII got stolen by his own damn fault. He was in a restaurant, went to the toilet and left his phone on the fucking table, and later on realized it got stolen when he went home.
So he calls me instantly to tell me he needs this phone. period.
He comes here, I 'wiped' the thing (for some reason my videos were still on it), and later on I asked him where he actually uses the thing for.
For Skype, and Facebook and other tasks that can be done on his computer just fine. Note he does not have a SIM card right now.
Kinda annoys me considering I have quite more use to this phone at this point.
Oh and comes to show I own like half the phone now as I replaced the digitizer, display, battery (vital replacement) framework, antenna, button circuitry and the vibration motor. Everything except the mainboard, the earpiece and camera assembly.
I don't know how shit works here juridically seen, but something isn't right here.
There are some SDCC exclusive GotG things that are WAY over priced and will cost me all of my disposable income for the month

Not much probably (cept for one of the Star-Lord comics I have), but it's worth a lot to me.
It doesn't have to be intrinsically valuable, you know how collections, especially large ones, are worth a lot to the right people. Though you probably wouldn't part with what you have for all the money in the world.
