The Nazis should have used chemical/biological weapons on the Soviets once they started getting pushed back into Poland. Heck, if the Soviets had millions of man and tank cannon fodder to throw at Germany in endless waves, being able to stop them in their tracks with bio/chem weapons would have helped a lot. Could have saved the Nazis.
