try watching movies and reading things, both of those are what i do when i am bored of gaming or unable to game
I understand the problem now, by using psychoactive substances I enter a mood swing called psychotic happiness, or Bipolar mania, which drives me to do things that causes problems in my environment. It is a highly self-destructive state.
