I'm gonna change the conversation away from Dargon's hotel life and talk about some calculations I did out of boredom.
On foobar I have a total of 320 albums/eps.
Of those 320, 175 albums/eps, about 55%, are from the past ten years.
Of those 175, 124 were from the past five years. That is about 71% of my albums/eps from the past ten years and about 39% of all of my albums/eps on foobar.
So according to my calculations, I am indeed born in the right generation.

I miss when I'd get home and Cookie would greet me. Apparently I accidentally taught her how to greet people, as when she was younger she was actually pretty quiet but after hanging around me for years she picked up greeting people when she entered the room or someone came into the same room as her.
I'm also gonna miss how she would very politely, especially for a cat, ask(via a quizzical meow) if she could have some turkey or ham if whoever was around was making a sandwich. By comparison Toby, my other cat who passed a few years ago, would wait for you to get distracted and go right for the cold cut package.
Ahhhh....... good times. When I was younger the possibility of me being a cat person was never on my mind. Its not that I didn't like cats back then, just that most people want a dog for a pet rather than a cat when they are young.

I should never have chosen the room on the sunny side of the building, it's like being in a sauna heated by a nuclear reactor.
Covered my window with wallpaper so I can open the window while still being able to see something other than the sun on my screen. Hopefully also keeps the room somewhat cooler.

Don't know how the rest of the game will turn out, but Sims 4's Create-A-Sim is fantastic!
Visually, they're the best Sims so far. Great style, and the animations are clean, but very expressive.
