On the way to Kitchener I saw about 5-6 dead 'coons. That was just on one side of the highway.

Can't think of any truly harmful bacteria or fungi that'd grow on candy. iirc the harsher the conditions for the bacteria, then generally speaking the less pathogenic the ones that can survive there. Paracetamol on it's own isn't going to do much for serious pain, but afaik when mixed with opioids you get a similar pain relief using less of the opioids. Which is why paracetamol and codeine is a common mixture, for example.
Don't go mixing them yourself, however. Perhaps ask the doc if he can give you something less likely to make you drowsy.

Bionicle was the reason why my first handheld was a GBA and my first console was a Wii. I've always wanted Bionicle instead of video games until it was canceled.
