I saw a bottle of "water" for sale at some health food store. It had a pH of 8.0 (I looked at the ingredients, they just added magnesium hydroxide) and it claimed that "experts" said positive ions in your body are bad for you and they're what's making you feel drowsy, unfocused and unmotivated. So this basic solution would take care of those positive ions and you'd feel great, get more done, etc.
Pretty sure stomach acid will take care of that very slightly basic solution in an instant... :v: and it was like $4 for a bottle too! Yay for false claims

I feel like I'm being irrationally angry right now. I got back from an international twenty-two day trip just recently. My friend group has this chat thing, and when I got back I messaged them. In my mind, selfish as it is I know hence why I'm saying I'm being irrational about it, I was hoping for some more acknowledgement for returning home. I didn't really get anything (one of my friends did pick me up and I'm eternally grateful for that). Its been three days since I've come back and actually the majority of my friends haven't actually spoken to me yet. I haven't received any texts, messages, steam chats, nothing. The last I spoke to most of these guys in person is the day I left and I leave for school in a couple of weeks, so the fact that I'm being ignored really irks me.
I'm sorry; just had to let that rant out. I'm really bitter right now.
