What do you guys do to relieve stress? I used to go to a shooting range and blow off some steam on some targets with a nice rifle but I cant afford that due to drug abuse, working my way out of that though.
Also anxiety, how do you handle that? I have absolutely no tools besides a chill pill that dopes the shit out of me and makes me sleep entire days away, which is not good when you want to function in school and stuff.

I roam around the map in my car in GTA Online while blasting music that will calm me down.
until a random asshole comes with a sticky and blows my car up, than I wage a warpath to find that fucker and get revenge
