I can't fucking stand people that think sex should be some form of reward.TBH it's hard to decode his problem but you mention his "devout christian" mum which sets alarm bells ringing TBH, devout Christians are some of the worst people to walk this earth because they constantly try to justify their shitty behavoir through their religion and fuck you for pointing it out because they go to church more than you.
If she can move out she really needs to and TBH it's literally the only true piece of advice I can give her. The lad is obviously a man child who is sheltered by his mother and until she dies he won't learn, even then it could just get worse.
so, we've come up with a possible solution. She still wants to try to fix the crappy relationship somehow, but she has a co-worker who just rented an apartment 3 months ago and she's paying 400 a month because her dad is helping her, but she wants to ask her coworker if she can move in with her and she will pay half the rent. So, thats 200 dollars she'd give.
The coworker has a daughter though and she drives to go see her daughter every week. she wants to move her daughter in and she doesn't know how many rooms the apartment is.. so that could be a problem
I just actually used "Circumstances permitted the moment" in a straight up real manner.

Penny Wong is awesome to listen to.
On the old Opera, "Open in Background Tab" was the the third item down the right click menu, but in the new Opera "Open link in new tab" is the first thing on the menu, and it's a background tab by default. So I keep opening things in a new private window instead from muscle memory. Adjusting is going to be a bumpy road.

what would happen to a person if they were to suffer from instantaneous physical damage to the brain? in an unrealistic scenario, if you were to survive a bullet to the head? what would happen to memories, thoughts, movement and general functioning?

I would imagine it depends entirely on where the bullet strikes. Different sections of the brain are responsible for different functions.

Amazing. I have class with a fat dude with long greasy hair, who constantly wears MLP shirts, and today came in with a deviantart bag and wearing those homestuck horn things. Also one of those kids who constantly corrects everybody if they say something wrong.

we have to look perfect ;)
Those people who form the dregs of a fandom are always terrible to be around, because their fandom is all that they define themselves around.
I find it really hard to believe anyone who says they saw people like that, not cos I don't believe them, but really because I refuse to accept those people actually exist
