So I'm still doing hardcore diablo 2 median XL, I've actually just finished act 2 on my one life. Nearly died so many times - thought I was going to die at Duriel (the boss of act 2) as well, so I spent 30 minutes preparing, enchanting and generally being nervous about shit because I remember from my childhood that it was a bitch to defeat.. and THIS is what I get:
