Yesterday I had two powerouts, each for less than a second.
The first one affected both me and my roommate, but both our computers kept on going.
The second one only affected my room, and my computer rebooted.
What causes this? I'm thinking someone else in the building complex (I live in an apartment obviously) is messing with the electricity, as I don't think it's my computer itself doing this.

I had the strangest experience this morning. I was dreaming about a bunch of errands and tasks I was planning to do today (calling Market Basket about a job, working on a small prose I've been writing for weeks, etc.), and around the end of the dream, I heard a voice say "But what about the alarm?". As soon as I heard that voice, my alarm started beeping and I woke up on the spot. It was fucking creepy.
